3/13/24. 5:45 pm. All tables but one are empty. All tables are dirty. As for the food, I ordered a small bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato. My burger was dry, overcooked, tastes like shoe leather, kind of like that last burger on the grill when you go to the company picnic. The lettuce was the white chunky part of the iceberg lettuce that you normally throw away instead of leaf lettuce . The tomatoes however were perfectly sliced . The bacon was so overcooked that it was no longer a strip of bacon rather just bacon crumbles sprinkled on the burger like you would put on a salad . The fries are put in a way too small container, the balance of which are just dumped into the bag. You have to dig through all the greasy fries to get to your sandwich. The fries were barely warm and soggy. All this for a $20 burger?? I won't be back! DISGUSTING!

I love Five Guys, I've been a huge fan, but in all honesty I find the service there isn't great, except this time at this location, Jerry the guy who was at the register was just amazing, really everybody, but Jerry went the extra mile to make feel everyone at the store great, He greet us when we came in, he was pretty busy He excused himself for the waiting time, which in reality wasn't too bad, was very helpful with our order which came out just perfect. In all honesty I think this is the best Five Guys I've ever been in. I'll be back for sure because of the employees in that location. Thank you so much.

What's to say? Five guys is Always good. The Coral Springs location is no different. The menu has a ton of options and everything is always good. The restaurants are always clean and staff is friendly. If you want a good burger you can always goTo Five guys.

This particular location has truly lowered its standard. The burger was ok; the prize winning French fries were over cooked and dry inside. Not a good experience for $17.10 for 1 burger and fries. I could have bought a steak at Outback for $20.00
This restaurant and about 3 others in this plaza need to learn how to clean the dining area and bathrooms. I will never eat at five guys, too jays and the taco spot in this plaza area.

Amazing service! I never remember peoples names but Nathan, who took my order was amazing! He made sure my son’s food allergy accounted for and communicated to the staff. I had a large order and it was perfect. Could not recommend this location enough.

We spent $32 for 2 bacon mushrooms burgers and a fry. There was 4 mushrooms and a couple bacon chipsThe burgers were precooked and were dry and terrible still looking for the cheese. Were faithful customers wo will now eat elsewhere....was the worst burger I ever ate...should go get my money ? backBetter burgers elsewhere

Great service and great communication between workers who are on top of things and are running the operation like it is the navy and keeping things fresh and quick as possible. No matter what time or day you go on, its the same expectation. Very caring and thoughtful towards your order. Even if there is a mistake, they absolutely will make it right for you. One of if not THE best burger places in Coral Springs
