I called on the phone because an order was incomplete. I called 3/15/24 at 8:45 pm and the person that answered was very rude. She yelled at me just because I told her to deduct the missing item from what I paid.She spoke to me in such a condescending and rude way. I urge the owner to talk to her.( reason why I put the date and time of the call)

Very bland, nothing like other gyro places. The gyro meat, the ziki sauce, the fries and the rice were all very disappointing.

I love this place so much!! They are so friendly and the food is delicious. I went for the first time and was warmly welcomed by Maria and she helped us in deciding what we wanted to order. I will definitely be going back!

Great flavors. Buyer beware, just beware of the owners scams. The buy 1 get 1 has morphed over time to be buy 2 get 2, under buy 1, get 1. I've never eaten inside but its clean when i do.pickup. i use to uber eats alot, then the deal was a deal, but I watch prices so id know a scam!! I will buy othervitens but dont fall for the deal unless you want to. One platter was NEVER over $20! Enjoy! Never an issue with quality, just issue with bait and switch!

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Terrible Customer Service I recently had the misfortune of visiting , and I am compelled to share my extremely unpleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, I sensed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Upon entering the restaurant, I was not greeted like a regular customer would expect, but rather asked if I was there to pick up an order. This initial interaction immediately gave me the impression that the place was closing or undergoing some sort of difficulties. I was astounded by the apparent lack of effort in making me feel welcome. To make matters worse, a friend of the only staff member decided to make an unnecessary comment about my ethnicity. Saying I am boricua and I was trying to be funny .Although I understand the importance of humor, this comment was completely uncalled for and left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Despite these disappointing interactions, I decided to give the food a chance. I must admit, the taste of the gyro was satisfactory. However, my dining experience quickly turned sour when I realized that the staff had made the baffling decision to mop the floor while I was still eating. The overwhelming scent of floor cleaner filled the air, creating an unpleasant and distracting environment. I sincerely urge the staff to seriously reconsider their customer service and hospitality practices. It is essential to greet customers warmly and professionally, regardless of race or ethnicity. Additionally, it is vital to refrain from cleaning the premises while customers are present, as this greatly disrupts the dining experience and compromises the overall enjoyment of the meal. I sincerely hope that these issues are addressed promptly because no customer should ever have to endure such subpar treatment. Not to mention they told me the restroom was out of service

Just tried them for the first time and I definitely have mixed feelings. I ordered a chicken pita along with a side of french fries. I picked up the food within minutes of placing the order. When I opened the plastic shopping bag a few moments later, I had my pita wrapped in foil and a soggy mess of fries inside its own little paper bag. I ate the chicken pita, which was delicious. I decided to bring the fries back afterwards though, since they cost $5 and were inedible. When I got there, the manager asked when I'd picked up the order - perhaps to insinuate that the food sat for a while. I assured her I got there within minutes of ordering. Nothing else was said to me from that point. No explanation for why they package their fried foods in a sealed plastic bag causing trapped steam to ruin whatever's inside. No apology or promise to correct from happening again. Not "let me fix this for you." She did ask someone in the kitchen to have a fresh order of fries made for me, however it wouldn't have been difficult for her to hand them to me herself and maybe say sorry at the same time. The food may be worth more than 2 stars but there's no reward for bad customer service. I probably won't be going back for that reason.

I received poor service it seems like the girl had an attitude when I asked question about the menu. It looks like just because I ordered a traditional Gyro. I couldn't put anything extra on my Gyro, although I was willing to pay. Then I found out the soda Fountain ice dispenser was not working so of course, my drink had no ice. There is another Gyro Ville 10 minutes from this location that I will be going to, the service and the food is so much better.

Let me just start off by saying the from the moment that the food entered my mouth until there was none left each bite was better than the last. The portions greatly pleased me. Everything from the service to the hospitality to how I felt like mom was cooking me again made Gyroville an elite place to eat at 24/7.
