Ive came to this location 3 times already and the food was filling and they actually dished food out like there feeding humans, unlike today i had such a bad experience with the owner (robert) i order $52.00 worth, part of which was a lobster and truffle mac which had no lobster in it what so ever and gave me a attitude over the phone once i told him about it...maybe the owner just wants to be cheap and not actually fulfill peoples orders, the employees meet satisfaction unlike the owner...its a shame

food was amazing, service wasn’t the best as i suspected. The food said it was ready at 6:28 i left at 6:50. I would come back for the food but if it takes that long again definitely wouldn’t come back again. The restaurant wasn’t even full.

This review is based off of my first and only time here. I was drawn in by a Facebook ad for a BOGO deal. I got my bowls to go. To sum it up: I can’t give five stars, but I can’t give three, so that leaves us with a solid four stars. The food did not meet my expectations, overall. I was disappointed, actually. But, it wasn’t “bad” either. The customization and options made for an awesome experience. I probably wouldn’t return to pay $14 for a Mac n Cheese bowl with dry pulled pork, to be quite frank. Nonetheless, I’d go back for a BOGO deal if it were offered. Make of that what you will, but that sums up my experience.

it was my first time coming here and the server kindly explained everything to me. i asked for the breaded chicken on the side aswell, and he did it for me kindly. the mac and cheese bowl itself was really great, really warm and gooey! will be coming here again

I left 2 stars , only based on the fact that you have wonderful employees/ Customer Service.. The young man at the counter this evening was friendly , helpful , & very informative. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with the food.$15 for a build your own Mac & cheese bowl , seems kind of pricey, but I figured I'd give it a shot...First , I noticed the cheese slices were melted, but only barely , thick, gooey, half melted cheese slices in the bowl, is not my idea of appetizing. Next , the veggies , still raw , in the bowl, biting into raw pieces of onion , also, unappealing, I was under the impression that they'd be caramelized in some capacity. I was wrong. The chicken... Salty & overly processed.. I couldn't stomach it. Tastes like it came out of a bag that had been stored in a fridge for a long time, comparable to deli meat.Everything had very small portions.We asked the young man behind the counter to heat it up one more time. He did, happily, & apologized for any inconvenience. Again, he was great. I picked at the bowl, reluctantly , because I was so hungry after a long day at work, but I was not satisfied.I like the concept of the restaurant.I will also say, it is very clean.But the food is poor quality. Will not be returning, if you've been thinking about coming here , I highly suggest going somewhere else. Even Panera has more satisfying mac & cheese.

I have to give an N/A on the Atmo, we ordered delivery. I had two orders of Short rib mac and cheese. We got it, there was some onion and some small bits of what look like mushroom, but no short rib. Like, zero. These were $16 apiece on delivery and it was plain mac and cheese with some onion and mushroom.Also, if you're a fully grown adult, you'll need two dishes to make a meal. I just ate my non-short rib mac and cheese and I have to make something else at home because I'm still hungry. If I spend $32 on my girlfriend and I, it's not unreasonable for both of us to be filled up by it.Pretty disappointed, we're going to take a pass from here on out.

The first time here and over five years... Definitely much improved from how I remember it. The place was immaculate, super clean and presented very well. The decor, the ambience, and the aesthetics of the little details were very nice to look at. And I got a variety of items which came out super hot and we're delicious... A+all the way.
Love the young ladies at I Heart ❤️Mac & Cheese . They are always so helpful.I have a weakness for the mini cookies every time I visit. They are so soft and chewy.Today, I ordered the Buffalo Blue Mac & Cheese. It is creamy with a kick of Buffalo spice, and a small burst of blue cheese crumbles in every bite. I was shocked by the combo, but it tasted really good.I will be back !!!Vegetarian options: Yes, these are available.Kid-friendliness: Such cool graphics and decor for kids.Parking: Parking in the front is limited during busy times as there are other restaurants nearby. However, there is additional parking behind the building with easy access.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking available right in front foe easy access.

I was so excited to try this place as I absolutely love this place. I ordered mac and cheese with broccoli and vegan sausage. The meat tasted like meat to me and the meal made me so sick, I could not finish my food and unfortunately wasted the food and money. If you are vegetarian, I would suggest just getting mac and cheese and no meat alternatives.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian meat options are available.

They literally have 1 job yet they fail at that. You'd think a restaurant that is named after the menu item can make said menu item exceptionally well. You'd be wrong. Box mac and cheese is better. Don't waste your money on old pasta and watery "cheese" sauce, go elsewhere.
