I love Jeremiah's. My favorite flavors are P-nutty and oreo mocha. It gets busy on the weekends but I order pickup on their app that way I get coupons and free ice cream too. Only complaint is their ice creams can be very addictive ?
What an interesting concept - serving Italian ice and soft serve. I expected this combination to be revolting, but honestly I was delightfully surprised. I brought my kids and their friends here for a Friday evening treat. Although I didn't order anything myself, I did manage to snag a sample of the Peanut Butter Cup and the Oreo Frappe, and liked both. The line was definitely long, and it was growing as we waited - but thankfully it moved along quickly. I would say the line kept drifting into the parking lot, and think there should be some type of barrier to encourage guests to form the line along the sidewalk for safety. There appeared to be seating inside, but we chose to stay outdoors since it was such a lovely evening. We spend just slightly over $20 for four separate desserts, which I thought was reasonable.

Hello, I was at the location on Wyles Rd at 9:30 PM tonight and I stood in line for 30 minutes. I was the next to be served and was told that the person in front of me would be the last person to be served (@10:01) There were people walking up and getting orders in front of us, skipping the line for free ( These were not pickup orders and she stopped there line to make them). So when it came to us, she told us that the whole line of people, she was no longer serving us because she said she “wanted to go clean up her bedroom and I don’t know what you want new to tell you ma’am”. I’m not sure how that pertains to serving customers and great custom service. Especially since I am a returning customer. I was in line for over 30 minutes and the speed at which the servers were going was turtle speed almost to make sure that they were able to stop serving the people by 10:05 PM. She was extremely rude and dismissive. BAD BUSINESS

The amount of reviews here complaining about the service is crazy, I’ve met so many different employees here and all of them have been nice to me. Working in places like these is a humbling experience lots of people talking could benefit from, and I bet they’re the same people that arrive to places 30 mins before closing and also don’t want to tip when you can literally see the kids working in there while handling super long lines. It’s stressful, put yourself in their shoes for a second. Also if you’re gonna judge a place on one or two flavors maybe make it something other than Watermelon , or remember that sometimes batches of flavors can come out different when they’re made so don’t let one bad experience dictate your opinion of the whole place. Anyways I love going here with my friends and family, theres got to be a flavor for everyone. I love the real sweet ones like frosted animal cracker, strawberry shortcake, and birthday cake. My all time favorite so far is pumpkin pie! And don’t forget to ask for your free pup cup when you visit with your dog! If you sign up for their rewards you can get free items too, literally one of the best italian ice places in town

Anyways, there's plenty of ice flavor options you can pick from and if you ask, they'll let you try any of them! The soft serve options are limited to the basics (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry) but that's no biggie, people don't come here for the soft serve lol. My go to item to get from here is the Mango + Vanilla Gelati .. SO GOOD! But definitely try their seasonal combos too!!
My family and I went on a Sunday evening around 5pm. The guy working the register was so nice. The line was long but I can see why, the service was fast and amazing. The Italian Ice was so good! Best I have had in a while. It was our first time here but we will be back for sure. I am not sure, it seems like the inside seating area was closed and that would've been nice to sit inside. Very affordable. Overall a great experience.
