I ordered an 8 piece bucket on the app and arrived at the restaurant 5 minutes later for my 2:00pm pickup. I was told they were out of crispy and it would be ANOTHER 15-MINUTES! OK, I was very understanding and PATIENTLY waited! After waiting ANOTHER 10-minutes I asked for the Manager after my boss called me from work and wanted to know WHY I WASN’T BACK FROM MY 45-minute lunch break. The manager came to the counter after 29 minutes and said OK, your foods ready now! Now I will tell you WHY & HOW this happened. I carefully watched the drive-up window and the designated outside 3 or 4 outside parking places for food pickup. What they did was SERVE the drive up customers with their orders and let me WAIT! And my order was placed 5-minutes before I arrived inside the restaurant at my designated pick up time of 2:00pm. 3 of the 4 cars that arrived in the drive up window after me were ALL PURCHASING BUCKETS OF CHICKEN AND GOT THEIR ORDERS BY 2:15 while I was stuck there waiting! Also, when I arrived I was the only customer inside the restaurant at that time. Oh, I forgot to mention that I’m a handicapped senior citizen.

Our chicken tasted old and dried, tough and greasy. The chicken legs were way to small. We go there often and legs have been decent sized and chicken fresh. I tried calling to complain but no answer and mail box full. So I am leaving this review so they know I received bad chicken. Very disappointed ?

Service is always great but the food is NOT. I was excited for the rebrand of the hot and spicy wings but they were tiny, hard and gave me the runs. The biscuits are smaller and were hard and dry AF. If I’m paying more I expect fresh and tasty food. THEN I found out they were closed for inspection just 3 days before I visited! ?

License # SEA16192259/3/2023There was a dead cockroach in my food. Went to talk to the manager who was surprised because "the food is covered." I asked for my money back. She asked if we were sure we didn't want them to remake the food. What?!? Not only did I completely lose my appetite, but I could not imagine them making more food for ANYONE that day. There was no apology. She did refund my money and we threw everything away. Thankfully we hadn't started eating.For full transparency, I left the same review on Taco Bell (same address but different reviews).The department of health and corporate office has been contacted.

This location is close to my work. The service is always outstanding. They are very polite and professional. But the food is hot or miss. I like the grilled chicken when it’s fresh. But boy you can really waste your money sometimes. They have to do a better quality check.

This is the worst kfc I’ve ever been to. I ordered 2 meals. I got neither of them. Then the manager, Marie, made me pay for the meals again despite her ownincompetence. She was nasty to say the least. I have paid twice for one thing I ordered. This is a despicable restaurant with a despicable manager. The other employees are walking around on their cell phones or throwing food across the counter. This place is a sorry excuse for a restaurant. If I could give it a 0 I would.

I live 5 minutes from this location. So I go there. Today I ordered a small coleslaw, thru the drive window. Price. 2.99.. Got home, opened the bag , the container was half full.Yes, half full. Next tme I'll hold up the line behind me, by checking the product before I pull away. No wonder that KFC gets 2 stars
