After some hiccups, about 6 months ago, they've cleaned up their act significantly! I'm pleasantly surprised!The service is now how it should be: Professional. The owner, Alejandra, wears the same outfit as the rest of her staff and is vigilant of her customers. Michelle, one of the waitresses, is on top of her game, always smiling, and with great attitude, every time we go, as are the other girls.We had the Picada for two. Generous portion of well seasoned and cooked food, delicious!The drink menu could use variety of cocktails and perhaps a bottle of Jägermeister wouldn't hurt, but it's still enough to find easily something to drink.The only reason why I don't give it 5 stars (I'd give it 4.5, if there was the option) is because of the uncertainty of when there will be dancing on the weekends, but when it's on, it's so much fun, whether you go with your significant other or a group!It's absolutely worth going there, specially seeing the God awful places that exist... La Chama offers a great alternative to the many meat markets out there! :)

Terrible service. The teenager running that place thinks people are idiots and he can lie to customers. I would rather drive to Weston to Panna express than to be treated like an idiot. Good luck staying open!!

It is without a doubt the worst restaurant I have visited in the last year, we arrived to see the show of the Mono Sánchez, apparently they do not have air conditioning, the service is fatal, we waited for more than half an hour to order, we tried it at the bar and after half an hour the owner approached the table to tell us with a really bad attitude, that until everyone is seated at the tables there was no service! Really? Is this a restaurant or a military school ???? Terrible customer service, terrible food, 3 burnt chicken and two meat patties, it is worth clarifying that we order all meat, but it seems that we have to eat what they define, the horrible barbecue platter three pieces of chicken and meat on a mountain of french fries and to top it off !!! Really? $ 25 for a bucket of beer? With tip included ??? If the service, the place, the food is lousy, please do yourself a favor and never enter this place

So I got here early so I came by to check out there Cinco De mayo and to see what's about plus I haven't been here since April 1st I was so happy that I was able to have my salad tonight if you love salads and all come and to enjoy there salads it's so delicious the service was good it was so good to be back at one of my favorite restaurants

el servicio es espantoso. Totalmente desorganizado. hay que esperar 40 minutos por un trago y 1 hora por la comida. Pague $ 8 por una hamburguesa que no fue la que pedí. si la hubiera comprado en Mc Donald era mejor!!
Absolutely horrible service from the owner herself. Our waitress was a sweet and concerned young lady, but seemed extremely lost and confused. I went with some friends to celebrate a birthday, and we ended up waiting over 50+ minutes for a simple burger. Turns out the chef had left and they were still open! When I was given the burger, it was the wrong one and when the owner became involved, all she did was give attitude and then offer the missing part of the burger. I then had to wait 10 more minutes just to receive my FIRST soda!!! They do not keep the bathrooms clean (especially during a pandemic), and when I let them know that there was no toilet paper, they shrugged and did not replace it. They even charged extra drinks we never had!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, you'd honestly get a better burger at Mcdonald's!!

Very elegant and accessible restaurant. They provide big meals and for economical prices. I liked the food very much and the staff were very amiable and explanatory. I recommend this place.

I have been coming for 2 years that I work in the plaza and I loved or loves this place or the place cause is clean and the food is delicious and everything is clean and No one will ruin this place is such a good place to come to Everyone is Professional in here since is one of my favorite place to come and listen to the music to Everyone in here gives and shows there hard work and the owner Alexandra certainly does work hard I do see that when I come in you are a good person and you are Professional
