We waited 1 HOUR AND 10 MINUTES for 2 pizzas!!!!We happened to be in this area, and my husband remembered an Italian restaurant where the chefs come out to the guests, hug and kiss them. My husband was a regular visitor about 15 years ago and brought many of his friends there. When we entered the restaurant, the cooks recognized us and greeted us from the kitchen. The waiters were also friendly. But waiting for more than an hour spoiled both my mood and my appetite. The pizzas were delicious (not like in Milan, but better than in Miami).During this time, half the restaurant ate and left. When we were almost finishing dinner, guests sat down at the next table. Within 10 minutes they were brought salads and after another 10 minutes pizza and main courses. While paying, we of course asked what was the reason for our long wait. The answer was: “You came at rush hour, you’re out of luck.”And here is the answer and advice from my husband: “install a second oven.” This way you won’t lose clients and save your working time. We won't be returning, it left an unpleasant aftertaste.

This spot is horrible! I understand being busy but we came in and didn't get a server or drinks for at least 10 min. Then we waited another 15 min just to put appetizers in. It took about 45 min just to get the appetizer pizza. Then we ordered sea bass, a cold sandwich and fettuccine Alfredo which never even came out after sitting there for an hour and half. The sea bass finally came out and was so undercooked and nasty I had to send it back. I am a fish lover and never send anything back or even take the time to right reviews. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I worked in a restaurant for over 10 years and if food ever ran late I would at least go over to the table to apologize or even offer a free appetizer but nothing!! When my husband went to the server who was standing in the kitchen to cancel the order and just give me the bill for what we had. The cook screamed he is sweating in the kitchen then proceeded to tell us to leave! Just wow !

I went for a pizza on a whim, not really knowing anything about the restaurant. I was amazed at what I got. Thin crust wood fired Tricolore pizza. So delicious. The tomato base was amazing, the goat cheese, sun dried tomato and spinach topping were plentiful. An excellent pizza. I had them add sausage for me - I would definitely go again and recommend them. The service was a tad slow, but it was made up by the friendliness of the staff. Don’t skip this restaurant.

Its like a quarter of the glass and also the chefs in the back pretty much don't provide shrimp in whole pieces its literally cut up small pieces of a while shrimp instead of having like 4 or 5 shrimps at least in a pasta. Some feedback but overall it was super nice and food was delicious and highly recommend to go again and staff were super nice.

Terrible service, we waited more than an hour for a pizza and the waitress did not come to the table even once in that entire hour. I had to look for her to ask her what time the pizza arrived and she said... I don't know...Then I had to stop again to order a soda.In short, very bad attention

Excellent food, service, and ambiance. Would be nice to see the big tree wrapped in white lights for more illumination and make it more beautiful. Just a suggestion ?

A few things I would say is that they do not provide nearly a half glass of wine when you order a sangria or wine.

Went to La Fontana in Coral Springs for dinner and the restaurant was not crowded. First the good: the food. We ordered 2 pizzas( one margarita with pepperoni , and one white with truffle burrata) as well as and one piadina which was listed as folded focaccia but was essentially a pizza crust sandwich. All the food was good. The bad: service. The main issue was a very excessive wait time. For 2 pizzas and a pizza crust sandwich-- it took about 1hour and 20 minutes. We asked several times what was going on and the server just kept saying it was in the oven very unapologetically. We asked to move from outdoor seating to inside because it was getting chilly and the kids were cold. It wasn't busy at all so we were accommodated. The issue was our server told us to take the empty plates and silverware with us(fine-no problem) but another server said to just leave it because there was a table already set--so we did. Then these servers proceeded to have an argument about plates right in front of us. Classy. Last issue is one if the pizzas came out wrong. We ate it anyway because we were starving and didn't want to wait another hour+ for a remake. I'm afraid the negatives outweighed the positives for us and we won't be returning.
