Ordered the new double big Mac it was cold fries were old and hard, not fresh. I don’t recommend this place. Even the ZIP Code on the receipt is wrong. It says 33076. They have to get their act together. Plus they charge more at this location than other McDonald’s They’re too lazy to make fresh food. The manager must be sleeping or on vacation.

unfortunately this location has gotten very ghetto with the type of people that they hire now even though it’s close to parkland. this girl at the register caught an attitude with me because i asked if i could get an item that was not in my bag that i PAID for and she said that she doesn’t know about it, that she didn’t complete my order, yelled some more, and left. must have a mental issue but it was so unprofessional for no reason. i recommend hiring farther north because this staff is not it. all it took was a simple, let me get my manager and that’s it, i’ve worked in customer service, it’s very simple but somehow this girl made it so hard. maybe that fake hair is getting to her brain

Very bad experience. The kitchen was over burned, the waitress didn't have a tray and it's difficult to eat in the dining room. The automatic kiosk didn't have paper for the receipt.

I placed an order on Uber Eats and it took them almost an hour to finish preparing my food. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience as I previously had to wait 30 minutes for a large fry. This is unacceptable behavior for a fast food chain and I truly expected better and more efficient service.

I'm extremely let down at this point I chose to come to this location instead of the one on sample and coral ridge due to their horrible customer service at the drive through and despite going out of my way I received the wrong meal and to make matters even worst the fries were stale and I must ask why ask what sauce you would like even go as far as put the sauce on the receipt then not put any sauce in the bag. What a way to end the night thanks McDonalds
