I went through the drive through on Friday night. March 29. I ordered a McFlurry and went home. Looked at my McFlurry and realized it was ice cream with crumbles of cookies on top!! I haven’t had a McFlurry in a long time but I think it’s supposed to be all mixed in, so literally I paid for a McFlurry and got an ice cream and a cup. The kid at the drive-through didn’t know what the hell he was doing. I got my dog a pup cup and asked if he could put some more whip cream in there because I paid extra I paid for my dog pup cup and he laughed at me. So I paid four dollars and change for an ice cream cone in a cup.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever….. the employees are very rude and disrespectful to customers, and they don’t hesitate to curse at you or invite you to engage in a physical altercation with them obviously because they know that they will not be reprimanded. If you request to speak with these so call managers at this location about food errors they will tell the employee to tell you that they can’t come to the drive through window or counter.

If you ordered 2 mc flurry by uber they ALWAYS sent just 1!If I requested extra oreo and I paid for it, they never put it. Last night I ordered a hot fudge sundae with oreo and it was not chocolated and no oreo. If you are going to charge for something yo have to included in the food!
