The staff was incredibly friendly, the cashier woman was very kind and the manager was alert and checked in on me during my meal. Will come back for the service level alone. Nice to see some smiles.

DONT EAT HERE!!! NO CONSISTENT! YOU COULD GET SICK! 1st two times I went there a year ago was very good and flavorful but now the griot is hard and not cooked, the beans in the rice not cooked. Everything is laced with pepper. I am going to report them to the health inspector for uncooked pork that can make you sick. DISGUSTING!! DONT EAT HERE!
The best griyot and rice and beans in Broward County. I have been a customer for many years and appreciate the great service and food this establishment has provided.

Gave this place a try & Either I got covid or this food just lacks flavor... never had sos pwa so runny n discolored anywhere..griot lacked flavor.. ill be going to the other haitian resteraunt across the street
This is a restaurant that is small and in the cut sort of speak. Their Griot is fresh and flavorful. And they give you a bunch of rice and it's seasoned well. To be honest, you won't go wrong with any of their variety of cuisine options. My only and I say my ONLY critique because it REALLY bothers me and I am disappointed everytime I go, is their pikliz. It's cold, orange, and terrible. MERLYS PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make the pikliz the traditional way. Perfect examples are CHWA restaurant, Pearl by the Island, and even Tasty. Their pikliz are traditional and tasty. I know people try to put twist on things, but this twist is not working.I don't want to have to go to another restaurant and buy their griot because of the pikliz. And I don't want to not buy your griot because of your pikliz. Please make your pikliz better. PLEASE! I hope I didn't offend you or anyone. But I would not be true to you or myself if I did not say something. Thanks!

The positive reviews must be from family members, this place is bad bad. The turkey was hard and had no taste. The rice had no flavor. If you know real Haitian food don’t eat here

Bad food with even worst service. Literally everything was re-cooked, from the rice to the plantains even the turkey. Tasteless i will go with my right mind and cook my own food; saving 30 bucks.
