The service was great even though I arrived an hour before closing. The food was delicious; I ordered zingers, and they were finger-licking good. I also had the brunch burger, and I have no other words for it but amazing.

My family and I recently dined at Miller Ale House on a Saturday night, and unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations. From start to finish, our visit left much to be desired.Firstly, our server's attitude was less than welcoming. Throughout the time we were ordering our meal, their demeanor was consistently rude, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of the evening for our first vist. Despite this, we still extended the courtesy of a tip, albeit reluctantly.Furthermore, the quality of the food was extremely disappointing. Each dish we ordered failed to meet even basic standards of taste and presentation. It's disheartening when a restaurant known for its food fails to deliver on its promise.To their credit, the management did remove the subpar items from our check.In conclusion, our visit to Miller Ale House left us feeling dissatisfied and unlikely to return. It's unfortunate when a night out with family turns into a regrettable dining experience. We hope that the restaurant takes steps to address these issues in the future to ensure a more pleasant dining experience for its patrons.

I placed an online order to go, when I arrived no one was at the to go area, I waited. Walked over to the bar and was ignored until said "excuse me miss, I'm here to pick up my order". Why is it so hard to get good service? Why does everyone ask for tips before any interaction with customers. Why do I keep paying tips for terrible service?

This is the 2nd time we've been at this particular location and both times have been lack luster. This time the server took 15min to even take our drink order blaming it on the shift change. When we finally got our drinks she ran around and took other tables orders abd we didn't see her for a while I tried stopping her to get at least an appetizer order but she apologized and said she would be right there. Waited another 10 min and still didn't show up so I had to go inside and ask for the check for the drinks because it was obvious she would not serve us. Again she apologized and blamed it on shift change. Will not be going back to this location.

Ridiculous I sat there and waited forever for my food, they can’t understand to-go means everything at once they actually brought the appetizer out in a to-go bag 25 minutes before the food came out. Then they actually skimped my fries like who does this to regular
