Placed an order and paid online. Went in person to pick it up. They said that they needed my driver's license and took down my number. First place I've ever ordered from that's done this. Would not order from this location again if they treat you like a criminal for picking up an order.On top of that, they were late with preparing the order and I had to wait around for 30 minutes extra for them to spit in my food or call the police or whatever they were doing in the back.Photo of them taking down my information. Food is good. I never dine in, so myself and my fiancee have order over the phone. So far, they NEVER get the order correct, plus she speaks Spanish. So English or Spanish they could never get your call in order correct. No complaints about their food though. Just hope they get people who knows how to take call-in orders

Although I placed order online for pickup, no one looked on their website for the order and therefore was not ready for pickup at the time designated. Other then that, food is always excellent and employees are also very courteous.

The service sucks, they saw us walk in and took everyone else's order that came after us and not once came up to us. We waited over 30 minutes and we finally decided to get up and leave since no one bothered to even ask us if we want anything to drink.

An Absolute daylight robbery, The Steak from the Bandeja Paisa looks like it was cut for sandwich instead that for a steak for $16.99 total robbery, then the Coffee is $4.98 per cup , $10.99 for Maicitos , $5.00 for Arepa de choclo, $12.00 for Chorizo y arepas. In Total Breakfast for 4 was $100.00 CRAZY!!!! and the food wasn't even that great. An absolute disgrace!
