I live the salads here. The chicken is so tender, and the dressing is light and not overwhelming.

My son got a water cup and filled it up with soda. The worker said “that comes out of my paycheck” this got my son extremely upset considering we are struggling financially. Please learn your mistakes. He felt extremely embarrassed from this even though it wasnt the right thing to do not a good way to respond. Especially considering i know it doesnt come out of their paychecks.

Food quality has really declined. Sad. Sandwich was dry, very little meat, with the only condiments being rancid mayo and yellow mustard. They used to have great condiments, fresh lemons... i won't go back. Sad.

This review is directed at Panera bread in general not the staff working here. The staff at this location have always been great and super hard working . They always greet me with a smile. As a sip club member who comes in almost every day I've seen how the prices change and it's getting out of control . I just paid 18.50 for a basic you pick two with no upgrades and that's with the free drink as a sip club member. This company will never make it with those prices especially when you can get better salads at chick fil a for less .

$20 for half a sandwich and half a salad??? Plus their soup comes prepackaged in bags where all they do is heat it up and they have the audacity to charge $8-$15 for it?!? Highway robbery for such mediocre quality. I worked at Panera in the early 2000s when a you-pick-two was $10. They’ve since doubled the price and lowered the quality. I’ll just get a sub at Publix that’s cheaper, tastes better, and lasts me more than one meal.

Ordered a tomato soup that was not only overpriced but it was sour like it had spoiled. Don’t do it to
