Placed an order on door dash. No one is at the place for him to pick my food up & then when I call up there no one’s answering the phones ? I’ve called 10x ? How do you take orders but not answering the phone and no workers in your establishment?!?

The customer service at this place is horrible! Called 4 times after the guy whoever answered the phone told me to hold and had me on hold for 7 mins. Then he had a rude attitude after I called back to speak to manager and said he is the manager and he doesn’t have time for this and hung the phone up again on my face. If that’s the manager then this place needs to be shut down because that’s the worse customer service ever coming from a manager. If I was the owner of this establishment I would make sure the jobs are getting done correctly and most important is making sure you’re taking care of your customers with respect. Hopefully they can find better management

There’s is no AC… it’s hot as Hell in there. I was just conversation f with the guy at the front and asked if they were working on the AC and he said “Maybe it would be our Christmas present”. They literally have a portable AC unit by the front door and the duct to filter air goes into the ceiling. I don’t do air conditions, but I am probably 100% sure that that air is supposed to filter outside not back into the restaurant. I feel like there’s got to be 100 violations going on at this place. the guy at the counter was nice and the pizza is only half burnt ? but. I feel like after reading all of these reviews. This place just needs to call it quits. I feel bad for the people working there.
Food and service is always on point. Forget Chipotle, if you want an authentic burrito look no further. Tortillas are imported from Chicago, and all the ingredients are so fresh. Family owned, you can feel the passion and pride they take in their food. Tamales are fire also.
