The worst experience ever I place my order at 1 o'clock estimated time at 1:40. I'll call at 1:45 and it took them 20 minutes to find out where my order was. They couldn't figure out if it was still in the store or if I even be delivered app was not giving me any updates was not telling me what my food was at so that's the reason I called I highly recommend not to order any food from this location customer service when I call us when the worse I ever had dealing with Pizza Hut zero 0000000 stars the only reason they even got one start was because I couldn't post review without put a start and

Hands down the absolute worst service I have ever had, all fast food services included. After waiting an hour and a half for delivery, I called the restaurant to find out what time arrival would be. The gentleman and the manager in the background argued w me that 1. They called me several times (they did not and no missed call was on my recent call list). 2. I gave them the wrong address (odd, I e lived there for over 10 years) and 3. They knocked on the door but nobody answered (there were 10 people here and all in the room with the front door, not to mention a dog who barks if anyone pulls in driveway). So which was it? They then cancelled my order and said I would have to reorder and wait. NOPE!! Never again. This place just argues and with no apology.

I ordered take out so I had to go pick it up. There I no where to sit and eat inside typical Pizza Hut. The lady at the front Such a sweet women. My order was very quick and the food great. Plenary of parking to run in and out. Love their personal pan pizzas. It's nice and quiet inside while waiting.

If I could give this place a NEGATIVE star, I would in a heartbeat. I order Pizza Hut fairly often, enough to know the difference between a Medium & Large pizza. I had to call this place 4x to finally speak to a rude manager named, Nia. First they told me they would have to pick up the medium pizza and switch it out to a large. I agreed knowing any company can't take food back after being delivered. After I agreed, they hung up on me again. Called back and the manager had the nerve to tell me to bring my pizza in so they can compare it to a large. I can't wait until corporate hears the recording. What an absolute joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION unless you want to get ripped off.

My family ordered pizza from this location. We could have ordered from the app but wanted certain toppings on 1/2 the pizza and that wasn't available to do on the app. The person taking our order was pleasant. They told us the order would be done in 15 minutes and it was. Upon inspection, the order was correct. The flavor of the pizza was alright. The breadsticks were fantastic.Overall, this was a decent meal and we are likely to return.

I will never order from this location again. They are the most unprofessional group of people in the chain. I ordered online for curbside, after arriving I checked here in the app. No one ever came out I called 5 times to let them know I was there the manager hung up on me to cash out a delivery driver. I called back for the 6 time told them I was there the worker brought out someone else's order. I asked to speak with the manager (with the loxs ) is who they said was the manager and she hid behind the fridge door and never came out. Just a waste of people and energy going to this location save your energy.

We ordered 2 lrg pizzas and bread sticks we were told 15 mins. After 20 mins of waiting the told us they put it in an oven that wasn't on. All the employees were goofing off and FaceTiming people right at the front. When we went outside to wait for the pizza to cook they locked the doors and turned lights off. Horrible customer service. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend this Pizza Hut. Pizza was subpar at best.

The cashier was unprofessional, sat there on her phone for over 15 minutes without acknowledging that we were standing there. However, when I tried getting her attention she walked away and didn't return while the manager was present... Worse place to eat.

I don't know what they did or put in my pizza, but it tasted as if one of the ingredients had gone rancid. Not sure how you mess up a regular cheese pizza. I already drove 20 mins there and back to get the pizza so I basically had no choice but to throw it out or waste more of my time getting a new one. The only good thing was that I had breadsticks for backup, thank god they didn't screw that up too. Save yourself the trouble and don't go here.

The pizza was delicious. Here's why it's 3 stars. We ordered a small cheese pizza with pineapple and olives. we got plain cheese pizza. it doesn't stop there, we ordered a personal pan pizza with meat on it, he got a meat lovers instead. it had all types of disgusting things, i know a lot of meats but this was some kinda punk or something because it didn't look like meat at all.

If I could give this Pizza Hut no stars I would. I ordered pizzas & wings for delivery. After an hour we had not received our pizza, I called the store and they said it would be here soon. However my son checked the front door and the pizza was left on the floor. We did not get a knock nor a bell ring. We had several people and no one heard anything. Once we opened the pizza it was completely full of ants! I called them regarding the issue. I did not want a refund, I just asked if we can have our order replaced. I was left waiting for a "manager" to call me back. Another hour went by, once I revived the call. This so called manager was the absolute most rude person I have ever dealt with, completely unprofessional in every way. I explained that I am a nurse I work all the time and was finally spending time with my family. I had pictures, videos and the actual pizza full of ants o show proof! All I asked was if he can set up the order to be made and once I show up all I have to do is show him all the proof I have and then just leave. He refused to do so. He wanted us to wait 20min or longer for the food to be cooked after I showed him. It didn't make any sense! If I called or even placed an order online you have the ability to just pay in store when the food is done and ready to be picked up. He talked over me the entire length of the conversation! To the point I had to ask him to please stop talking over me. I even told this person that he would never treat his mother, sister, wife or daughter like that. This whole experience was absolutely horrible! So if I could give this store negative 5 I would!

My last two orders have been highly disappointing. I have always loved pizza hut because of their pan pizzas but lately their pan pizzas have been super thin and crunchy. Not what i ordered and certainly not what I am accustomed to. Today, I decided to go into the store to check my pizza before I got home and so I mentioned this is not a pan pizza and the store employee (mind you, the only person there) tells me " that is a pan pizza, that's what you ordered and that's what I made. I know its a pan pizza because I made it. I wouldn't make you something that you didn't order". I pulled out a slice and said this is not pan its too thin. He said "its fluffy. It is pan" and walked away. End of conversation, I guess. I kept talking but he was done with me, so I had no choice but to leave with my "pan"pizza. This is not pan. At best, its a hand tossed. I guess after 40 years of ordering and eating pizza hut at least once a week, I will have to find another vendor to order from.
