I used to love coming here but everything has gone WAY down hill. The live tank is broken, there's no staff and people walk out left and right because of the long wait even tho all the tables are empty. The last time I went they served us with plastic silverware because they had "run out". The waitress was nice and did what she could but the food was way below normal expectations

This place has gone to hell.I used to love coming here with the family but now I dread the thought of someone in my group having to go there for anything.Crab legs where dryDrinks took forever to get thereOur waiter was doing his best but still I think the kitchen screwed with him.Everything we ordered was wrong.Will NOT be going back

I signed into my google account just to leave this review. They take forever for to go orders. Customer service sucks when you first walk in nobody greets you nor do they come to you directly when they see you. In order to get their attention you must sometimes raise your voice then they look at you like it’s a problem. Need better customer service.

Its 6:45 on friday 4-19-24 place has 2 people at the bar, the bar has a setting off old food and it took 15 mins to get a beer!!!! No urgency, Will see how the food is. Not impressed!!!!!

Not happy with the food I received on this visit today. The rice was cold and clearly not freshly prepared, almost as if it was scraped from the bottom of the pot and left out for days. Also, my pasta was also cold and also seemed as if it was food they prepared a few days prior. The presentation of the food was also poor. They put my pasta, rice and shrimp skewer all in the aluminum pan so the food blended together, instead of having the pasta in a separate container like they usually do. Overall, quality as well as the overall experience was poor. I ordered right at the time they opened and had a long wait even though there was no one in the restaurant and I came after the time promised on the website. The quality of service and food at this location continues to go down. It's almost as if no one from their corporate office cares. Had I not driven over 15 minutes home, I would have turned around and took the food back and asked for a refund. I am an avid Red Lobster lover but it's clear that their standards have changed for the worse over the past few years. Charging you more, but giving you less food and worse customer service. Very disappointing.

Every once in a while I order food for pickup. Tonight I was the only one at the takeout window. There were no employees to be seen, so I called out twice,"hello is someone working the takeout window?"I could hear employees talking back there so they should have been able to hear me. Then I asked the hostess who was doing nothing, if I could get assistance at the takeout window. Her reply was" theyll be there."I did not see a manager and after a few minutes another female employee asked if I needed help . She got a male employee to hand me my order. Of course the biscuits were cold by this time and the service was non-existent.This is the first time that I have not tipped on a takeout order. I would get food at Red lobster more frequently if the service was not horrible.

Service was excellent today. My server was Matt. He was busy yet didn't forget a single thing me or my mother asked for, which was important as we were celebrating good news today. Gyano the manager was also very kind & helpful. I'll definitely return to this location again.

I was very disappointed going to Red Lobster yesterday for Easter. To start off I booked a reservation for 5:30 and we got there around 5:13 only to find out they don’t accept reservations on holidays so I have to go on a waiting list with 6 parties in front of me. The courteous thing was to call the person that made the reservation to inform them that the booking couldn’t be honored. We let that go and waited, when we were finally seated we get a waitress who btw informed us that she is new, she was sweet and felt bad because she was so overwhelmed with a large section to oversee. Poor girl had to keep going to the kitchen to ask if they had certain items on the menu. My mother and grandmother wanted some hot tea but she didn’t know if they had she came back to tell us no they only had hot water honey and lemon ? but no tea. Ok fine we ordered a Pepsi nonalcoholic mocktail and Bahama mama. The Pepsi was flat and my mothers mocktail had alcohol which btw she does not drink she was upset my mom and grandma do not like to complain so unfortunately by time the waitress came back to check on us we just said to give us water. Now about the food idk if this was an off day but the food was horrible the lobster linguine was dry with noodles and lobster bits I had to ask for them to bring a side of the cream sauce that comes with lobster to mix, my mothers stuffed fish was small with barely anything stuffed and her baked potato came out plain without any of the toppings on potato that was asked. To be sitting for over 3 hrs to be this dissatisfied paying for food that was not up to standards was very disappointing. The quality of red lobster has deteriorated in my opinion. Just a suggestion there may need to be a buddy system for new waitress/waiters to avoid long in between wait times.
