Love this place. I eat here once a week for lunch and I love it. As a vegetarian I can get a range of items instead of only a single option, also the staff is awesome here.Vegetarian options: All dishes can be made veggie just by choosing tofu or no protein

Traditional Japanese style bar and booth. Secluded by a wooden door or can be social at the bar with the live sushi craftsman. Sushi is made very well , large portions so worth the costs. Always friendly staff, family run . Been supporting them for about 5 years and will continue to do so as long as their in business. Clean and cozy. Never disappointed and always full. Ask for Judy to serve you and a gentleman with a bun, both are the best.

Sakura Sushi has been a pillar stone of the original restaurants of Coral Springs. Kind of looking to shake up the normal routine, I decided to give Sakura Sushi a go. Going inside, the booths were filled, but we were able to be seated rather quickly at the tables. For dinner, we ordered 1x rainbow roll and 1x vegetable udon noodle. Going into my review, the food and services were pretty good! The udon noodle was a great bang for your buck as it came with both a soup and salad! The udon noodle had nice textures and came in a sweet n savory sauce; although tasty, it could've used more veg. The rainbow roll was simple yet tasty as it possessed fresh fish and flavor! Service moreover was friendly and attentive. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Sakura Sushi and would be happy to stop by again. My final verdict is a 4/5! :)

Love their food and service. I mostly do take out but the times I have dine in, I've had a great experience. Their Coral Springs roll is delicious and so is their Japanese Stir Fry.

2/10/2024 @ 2:00pm- I would like to go back to 1:59pm and tell myself to go home instead of walking in here. Worst mistake of my foodie life. I ordered one of their lunch special. Rainbow roll, miso and salad. Not a bad deal for $16. Miso was typical and so was the "salad". Iceberg lettuce with ginger dressing, nothing special. When the sushi roll arrived I just looked at it in disbelief. The thinnest cuts of the tuna, salmon and white fish I'd ever seen. The tiny slivers of avocado just wrapped in a bunch of rice. Rice was super cold and old. The tuna was the brightest color of red I'd ever seen. It even colored the rice. No flavor whatsoever. I had to drench the whole thing in soy sauce. I would say I had the sweetest woman taking care of me, that's my one star. The restaurant gets zero stars. STAY CLEAR. Do NOT RECOMMEND.

One downside to the whole evening. Food and service were perfect. When we left, a young lady was holding the door open for us, she was on the phone, and we were also talking among ourselves. after we passed through the door she loudly declared that none of us said, thank you. When I said, I did she yelled back at me that I did not. Way to ruin a perfectly good evening. I did say thank you quietly because she was on the phone so she probably didn’t hear me. Besides that if you do a kindness and nobody says, Thank you, do you insult your customers by yelling at them This was the first time we were at that restaurant, and she ruined the whole experience
