I love Sam's. All my favorite items. Great prices. I love the wild caught sockeye salmon individual wrapped frozen. 2 pounds for 24$. N sometimes 3$ off. Also the ahi tuna steaks. Wild caught. Frozen 2 pounds 15$. U can't go wrong. N the rack of lamb. 2 racks in a pack frozen. 35$ to 50$. Delicious from New Zealand

Best feature is Scan & Go to avoid cash register line checkout. But exiting store can still be delayed during high volume times. I haven't found the cafe service any faster because the employees don't necessarily acknowledge persons in the queue. The whole pizza wasn't cooked that well; the crust was too chewy/doughy. Often at the sample stations, the associates seem to take their time preparing the samples. One associate even expressed his annoyance that I didn't take a napkin that was part of his display. I already had a napkin from another sample station I'd visited. For these reasons, I feel the associates' customer service/engagement could improve. A few favorites are the: Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken wraps and Golden Kernel Super Deluxe Mixed Nuts.

Sams club is the pitts. In general these big box stores could give a crap if you shop there or not. This store in particular is horrible. I have trouble walking so I usually use those scooters the supermarkets have. Well the ones at this store are usually not charged, broken where they drop in the middle of the store or just out of order and can't be used. Also the pick up park g is for pick up customers only. You pull up into a spot and let the. Know via text what spot you're in and they being the groceries out to you. Well this one seems to allow their customers to park and go in the store as those spots are right next to the doors and do their shopping. I w told the manager several times but they refuse to do anything about it. I also told cops driving through about people parked I. The handicapped spots without stickers but they refused to ticket them as the law enforces. Today I bout several things gs and when the receipt came out it rolled I to the machine and fell o side the self checkout kiosk. No problem. I always have them send the receipt to my email. I looked for an associate but none to be found. So I showed my emailed receipt to the woman checking at the door and she refused to let me pass. Told me I had to get a receipt. So now I had to find someone that could open the kiosk and find the receipt. What a hassle. Soe t more time trying to leave the store than actually shopping g as I cut my shopping g shirt when my scooter suddenly stopped in the back of the store and I had to walk all the way to the front. To most this seems an easy task but when you have walking issues it's a task. So this is the end of my Sam's club visits. Wo t come back to this place. Will only use them for gas from now on. Don't shop at this store. Most of the stuff is really not a bargain if you compare ounce for ounce and the bogos you get elsewhere.

I enjoy this location but I wish they had a fuel station. I use the app(scan and go feature) when I'm in the store and did pickup once. It was very convenient. I also tried the order ahead from the cafe and that was great. That line can be pretty long. Ordered pizza to go and it was pretty good!

In general this Sam's location is pretty good. But I had a horrible experience. 1st, I ordered the tires and they took almost a month to be in the store. They said it was a system error. Then today, I finally got the tires and had them installed. They left my roof window open and inside of my car was completely soaked. I asked the mechanic, why did you leave my windows open. They told me they don't touch anything, it must be me who left it open. My car has been on my driveway for two days due to a nail in the tire. I was looking for a quick apology, we could all be on our way but no... You try to blame me. Try to talk to a manager but I need to go into the store with my wet pants to my underwear and the Manager was firm, which I have no problem. That said, a little sympathy never killed anyone. I must say, I was pretty angary and asked for a compensation, but he indicated the policy stipulate no compensation is allowed. They took my number and say they will review the camera footages. It took me about 15 minutes to dry the dashboard and center console. It is just too hot now to use a dryer in the car. I will probably have to pay to get the ceiling padding shampooed. Stayed tuned...Kudo to quick response for Manager Lawrence. He has reviewed the video nothing conclusive but offer to detail my car. That is really nice of him.

I went to the tire center to get a patch for a hole in my tire. Arrived at store 9:30am, my truck was brought into the bay/garage at 10:00am, it took them over an hour to fix one patch. I didn't receive my keys until 11:22am. Service extremely slow, no urgency.

I love this store for the most part! Today Jeffery went out of his way to help me! Had to get a forklift to get my little bottle of creamer. So sweet and VERY attentive. I watched him help someone before me & thought what a great employee. Little did I know I'd need him later. Thank you very much young man!!! Keep up that sweet spirit!

I had my tires installed. They had to open my glove compartment to get the wheel key. When I got home my dad's handicapped decal, which never leaves the glove compartment, was missing. Just saying

If I could give this store a zero that would best describe the customer service provided! I ordered groceries online but for some reason instead of from my home (sunrise) my groceries got delivered from the Coral Springs store. Worse experience ever! I've been a Sam's club member for years never have I had a unlikeable experience. First, I only received part of my order. I called and spoke with the store I was told they were sending out the rest of my order with a different driver. Well, a day later the delivery never made it to my house. I called back and was on hold over 30 minutes waiting to speak with a manager. When a manager finally comes to the phone she refuses to get on the phone to address me. She's asking the associate questions about my order instead of asking me directly. I use delivery service for the convenience. This entire experience inconvenienced myself and my family. I ordered my groceries and could not start prepping our Labor Day festivities. I am highly disgusted by the lack customer service at this location. The staff could definitely benefit from continued training on customer service.

Horrible place, they're just scammers, racists, plus discrimination from staff, wouldn't sell to you if they didn't like you. Show things that they don't even sell to you. Would never recommend to waste your money and time at Sam's Club

I am crippled and I had a lot of items that I purchased. I asked three times to have someone load or at least help me load my vehicle. I was in a handicapped spot. I paid some street bum five dollars . he was begging money in the parking lot. Which that shouldn't happen at least I had someone help me. Stay away from the Sam's Club they are unwilling to help you. I will be contacting ADA.

I had called to make an appt to purchase and have two tires installed. David stated he made an appt for the next day. I go in the next day at my appt time and He had NOT made the appt like he said he would . They took me either way but had to wait 1.5 hours to get two tires installed

Love this Sams club. long time member. Great products and service. I have tried BJ's and Costco but Sam's wins hands-down. The customer service is above and beyond and they always do a great job I will be a member for a long time

This Sam's location in Coral Springs is one of the worst. For 3 weeks that I know of, they still have not fixed their frozen yogurt machine, so I went for the pizza slice combo, but all their soda fountains only had seltzer water! Why not tell you before you pay for a combo!
