The workers are very kind, friendly and patient. I am always very satisfied with their service, order done in a timely manner and the taste of the smoothie unlike any other broward location. The morning shift worker, Coleen i think her name is, she has loc hair is super sweet, polite and knowledgeable on the smoothies. I look forward to an engaging conversation with her evertime. 20/20 ratings. I will be back again.

Thought I'd give it a shot after not being there in a while. The cashier was awful. I was looking for something that I was familiar with but couldn't find it. Asked him questions, no answers, he never even once looked up. No suggestions as to what I could try. Nothing from him at all, I was just talking to myself. What I got I didn't like, so threw it away, waste my money and time.

Theyre alright. Some of the staff isnt very nice or happy to be there. Also they dont blend them super well. But they have a lot of great options and some of the staff is nice to be around.

I’m sad to say that whoever is in charge as a manager should be seriously in trouble. The customer service has always been great since I noticed the same crew that works there but today I had to see them struggle working with NO AC they’re just kids aka minors and you have them working all day! It really affects the performance of their work and the customer service and customers were complaining. I even asked if I can get them anything. Apparently it was supposed to be fixed since yesterday they said! As manager you should take care of the employees and get this situation fixed asap. Such a disappointment.

It's cashless...good luck in the future. Smoothie King is failing by trying to be "up to date". As an Operations Manager I'm curious how many clients they lose each day because of this policy.
This location is not very clean.. it had a very unpleasant smell and it needs to be swept and mopped.
