Great special for the kids on Wednesdays; "wacky Wednesday kid's meals.". Every Wednesday I take the kids to get it, and they love it!! The staff is always polite and helpful, the place is clean, and there are televisions so the kids are entertained.

Update 3–28–24This place is still nothing but problems look at all the bad reviews. You really really need to do a better job. Passing me along to the franchise owner is ridiculous because they’re the whole problem.You guys really need to do something about the negative reviews. Everybody complains about the same thing obviously posting a corporate number doesn’t change a thing. Obviously management is not good at all.

These sausage burrito was disappointing. All the sausage bits were placed at the bottom end of the burrito. And they were all old and dried out. Made for unsatisfactory overall. I would not order again.

Went and ordered a combo of a double cheeseburger, tater tots, and a soda. They told me what the price was then I asked for senior discount they wouldn’t they didn’t know how to do. It waited 15 minutes for the food, and when it got to my table the burgers were look like they’ve been on the under heat lamp for five hours. It was disgusting, I asked him to make it over again. I sat there and waited another almost 15 minutes and it came out and it was a single then I asked for my money back and it took them 10 minutes give me my money back. Horrible horrible experience will never come back here again gusting and the people that work there the most unfriendly terrible people. I don’t know how about anyone would eat here

What is going on ? I see the Amazing commercial for the new bacon peanut butter milkshake....1st half the drive up machines aren't working. 2nd, the wait with only 1 car in front and 1 car at the drive up the customer behind me gets his whole meal before my deserts. 3rd, and worst of all..Hot Fudge Sunde NOT, HOT FUDGE. COLD AND HARD!!!THEN, MY MILKSHAKE A HINT OF PEANUT BUTTER AND BARELY A PIECE OF BACON...SIMPLE VANILLA SHAKE IN COLOR AND FLAVOR HINT OF PEANUT BUTTER !!! DISSAPOINTED

I visited Sonic expecting a teacher appreciation offer, but the employees were unaware of it. When I inquired about the specific item for teachers, none of them had information. The manager, who was supposed to arrive at 3 o'clock, was over 15 minutes late, contributing to the team's lack of awareness and suggesting issues with management.

I purchased on 12/24/2023 . I WASN'T HAPPY WITH THE FOOD NOR SERVICE. I as for a full refund and was told that they couldn't return my money . That a manager had to. The young lady followed by taking a photo of my Receipt and stated that the manager will return my money in 5 days. Today is 01/10/24 in I'm still waiting on my money. I call and spoke to Kayla a store manager and she stated Since it been so long. That the district manager. Randy Would have to return my money. Kayla provided me with Randy's number. I left him Several messages, and I have yet to get a call back. I called the 1 800sonic number. I was advised that since it was a store purchase. The store manager would have to return the money and they can only send a message to the store to contact me. Seriously All sonics need to close If this is how they conduct business.
