I must've caught everyone on a bad day, but this is the worst experience I've ever had in a Starbucks and I've been to Starbucks all over the world. I felt bad as a customer. I won't return.

I LOVE this Starbucks it’s easily my favorite in the area. I always hope Lindsey is working when I go in because she gives the best recommendations for new drinks to try and is always a ray of positivity. The other staff is great too but she truly goes above and beyond.

Unfortunately this place has gone down hill drastically.It's a smaller location for such a busy area to begin with. They did a remodel which in theory should have made it more efficient but doesn't seem to have made a difference at all.I'm not sure why the staffing situation is so bad but they have what seems to be a high turn over.I've waited over 45 mins for a Iced Green tea and sandwich and their wait times are generally much longer then any other location I've gone to.The mistakes are even worse. Consistently having issues with drink orders and missing food items. The wait times are so bad that I've gotten used to taking what they make and just accepting it.I've started going to another location further away. Adding the additional 12-15 min drive is still faster then visiting this location.If you're looking to relax and have time to wait, this might be the location for you. If you done have an extra 30+ mins in your day, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Always busy. Order at aleast 30 minutes in advance. No parking. Order is wrong I would say at least 40% of the time. No place to sit as you are surrounded by tons of people waiting on your order. This is a horrible location for a coffee shop.
Truly a mixed bag. Some days I get my drink quickly, some days the staff cannot handle the volume despite best efforts, and some days there isn’t any sense of urgency at all.

My favorite Starbucks. Staff is very friendly, they know the regulars and always make you think you’re special . Place is clean. The manager is very sweet. Always busy unless you go in the evening before they close. They’re always fast, I usually do mobile pick up and before I get there it’s always waiting for

The shift supervisor Alisa or Alasia, sorry not sure about her name, was super sweet, very nice and always smiling although the pressure they had. She has excellent cudtomer service skills. The girl that took the order very nice and sweet as well and one of the boys, with glasses, was very attentive in changing my no coffee order. First time in a Starbucks that they are all so nice!

This is the busiest Starbucks I've ever been to! It was crazy packed. The staff did a decent job keeping up with the orders, it seemed like they had dozens coming in at the same time. The entrance of the store was absolutely packed with people. They were putting out the to go orders in between handling walk in customers. I don't think there is a drive through here so that sucks. I wouldn't go back here unless I really had to I think haha no offense. It's just too busy in there, which when you think about it could be a good thing. People are willing to wait. We got 2 caramel frapp, a cake pop, a donut and a coffee cake and it was $25
