I must say I'm very disappointed with the service at this location, especially with the cashier. We went in on Thursday, 4/25/24, at 6:50 pm for a coffee and a to-go dessert. The gentleman said we were the last customer and locked the door behind us. We stood there for 3 minutes while the cashier finished with the other customers in front of us. As we approached our turn, she said sorry, we are closed, and she could not help us, and they are closed now. I, of course, said we have been standing here for 5 minutes waiting for you to finish with the other people. Now it's our turn, and we would like to go for dessert and coffee so we can sit out in front of the store at the tables and enjoy our evening. She then pushed a button on the cash register and said, "It's closed," and we can't help you. SO SORRY.WOW! It's ridiculous and poor customer service.YOU CLOSE AT 7 PM, NOT 6:50! How hard would it be to put a cake in a to-go box and a coffee in a to-go cup? Please be sure to always ring us up, for you are being confrontational with us. We could have been done with the order, paid, and left by the time you refused to take the order—poor service. As we left, the lovely gentleman profusely apologized, unlocked the door, and let us out at 7 p.m. precisely.Where is the management and training at this location?

So completely disappointed in this location and staff! ESPECIALLY THE CASHIER.We went in on Thursday 4/25/24 at 6:55pm for a coffee and a to go dessert. The gentleman said we were the last customer and locked the door behind us. We stood there for 3 mind while the ashier finished with the other customers in front of us. I, of course, said we have been standing here for 5 mins waiting for you to finish with the other people, now it's our turn and we would just like a to go dessert and coffee so we could sit out front of the store at the tables and enjoy our evening. She then proceeded to push a button on the cash register and says see, "its closed" and we can't help you. SO SORRY.WOW! Absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service.YOU CLOSE AT 7PM NOT 6:55! How hard would it be to put a cake in a to go box and a coffee in a to go cup, ring us up all in the time for you are being confrontational with us, we could of been done with the order, paid and left in the time you are refusing to take the order. Poor service. As we left, the gentleman who was very nice, profusely apologized, unlocked the door and let us out at 7pm exactly.WHERE IS THE MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING HERE?

Tried to call over the phone to place an order and they do not have anyone who can speak clear English to properly interpret an order correctly. It took over 10min to place the order and it was incorrect. This is America and they need to learn the native language to do business here as I would in another country I would conduct business within.

I ordered the cuban sandwich and tuna salad sandwich for brunch. Both sandwiches were excellent, the tuna sandwich was rich and creamy. The cuban sandwich was unbelievably flavorsome, a perfect amount of umami within the pulled pork for every bite. The cashier was patient while I ordering and HIGHLY recommend this spot for anyone wanting to try an authentic “cuban sandwich”.

Stepped into this cozy corner of our neighborhood and bam! - discovered the most heartwarming, family-owned Cuban bakery. It's like being wrapped in a warm hug, especially when sipping on their oh-so-smooth cortadito and café con leche. Not to mention, their pastries are a fresh blast of heaven, and they've got these healthy breakfast and lunch options that'll keep your tummy and heart happy. The vibe? Spotless and welcoming, with seating that makes you want to stay forever. And the cherry on top? Their coffee is a steal - quality without the cash crunch. Truly, a little gem that sparkles with great service and even greater flavors. Swing by, and let's keep this lovely spot bustling!

The food is delicious ❤️ ‼️‼️‼️But every time I go is FREEZING and I can’t enjoy the food. You need to look into this issue because your clients can’t be inside the bakery.

This specific location is TERRIBLE. All of the fried stuff tastes like week old oil, everything from there "hot case" all pastellitos, empenadas, tequenos all FREEZING cold. Ordered the Pan Con Tortilla, ABSOLUTLY FLAVORLESS. Do not waste your money here go to Don Pan a few minutes up the road.
