Horrible service. My son and I go to the Wendy's located in University Drive all the time, to say they already know my son by name. Today we decided to go by the one in Sample Rd and 441. We ordered via app for pickup. We ordered enough food for 2-3 people. We politely asked the register lady giving us our food if we could get a couple of more Ghost Pepper ranch, being that we had 4 in the bag and in the receipt it said we were being given 7. The lady mumbled to the other employee next to her that we were asking for a couple more. The other lady employee looked at us both with a nasty mean expression and said "they already have enough" and decided not to give us any. A polite "I am sorry, we can't" would've been enough. I am NEVER again buying anything from Wendy's. The two employees working today March 25 at around 6:30pm can keep all the Ghost Pepper ranches if they like. They were so extremely rude and impolite. I will never stop at one of these establishments again. They lost my family as customers today.

I ordered a chicken sandwich, a coke , well done fries. The sandwich was dry, overcooked. The fries were soggy and wilted. I have not eaten in a Wendy's for about two years. The coke was a coke. The service was OK. The food was not good at all. I thru out 95 % of the food. From what I can see of their advertising they made a lot of changes mostly for the worse. Not going back. Yuck!

Ordered thru Door Dash. Food arrived quickly. We received everything. However, the chili tasted spoiled. Yuck. The Dave's double were fine.
Maybe it was just tonight with the staff, but based on other reviews, my experience was the complete opposite. The food was subpar at best. The fries had absolutely no flavor and were really greasy. The burgers and nuggets were a little better than the fries, but not by much. At the drive through window, I told the person working it that I wanted a diet coke and my friend wanted a normal coke. When we got to the window, the lady said that both were DIET COKE. My friend said he had no problem with this, but upon sipping both, they turned out to both be NORMAL coke. Being a diabetic, I can't have normal coke. I had to go back inside and go to the drink machine to get my drink. Overall, not happy with my visit and would not recommend coming here.

I've been buying food from this Wendy's for a while, and call me insane, but almost every time I go, it is the worst Wendy's experience I ever had.Most of the employees are either rushing or slowly working on all their orders (that's if they're taking breaks from their long conversations like their gossiping at a nail salon), coming out as either sloppy, dry, or completely incorrect. Every time I have ordered a sandwich with just one change to it, they either ignore it, or fill it with something I never asked for. No matter how many times I repeat it, and no matter how many times I reorder items. AND THEY NEVER, EVER SALT THEIR FRIES.The customer service is abysmal. If I have the patience to ask for a sauce they didn't give me or a replacement on the order they messed up, the women give me nasty/annoyed looks with zero verbal reciprocation, and the men give me disappointed or uninterested glances as if I asked them to wipe the ketchup off my face.As a former employee of Wendy's, who has advocated for them every time fast food is bought up in a conversation, I am embarrassed and ashamed that the employees here have the GALL to represent me or the franchise in any way, not to mention the strain it puts on the employees that are actually trying (I see you guys, and I appreciate you putting up with all the CANCER that is working with these employees). I know what goes on behind the scenes and I know the bare minimum of customer service standards, which a majority of the employees here will most likely never have.I love Wendy's as a franchise. The food, the cooking standards, and the atmosphere is why I worked and love Wendy's so much. But this restaurant is a stain upon the name of the company, and I will never be buying from here ever again, regardless of whether or not I live across the street from this location.Never go here.
