Do not complain about their food or you'll risk the owner's bulldog husband talk over and convince you the customer is never right, the owners are. You will be told they've been making a pizza without sauce for 25 years without clearly calling it out as a white pizza, and insisting you are wrong. They couldn't be wrong, because after all, they've been doing it for 25 years. (Not sure how though since they've only been there for maybe 2 years, lol.) You will not get a customer-friendly, humble response...it will be an argument. No apologies, no offers to retain your business, just a beat-down of the customer. Good strategy! I will not be back. Terrible experience if you don't love the food or just keep your complaints to yourself. The customer is always wrong with this big guy.

We stopped here for lunch today. We ordered a 10” Pan Pizza with pepperoni. It was very good. For dessert we shared a piece of fried cheesecake. It was very rich, and delicious. My only complaint was that the inside of the restaurant was very dark. I think they were going for a bar atmosphere. If I have the chance to go again, I would choose to dine outside on the covered porch.

Not friendly to BLACK PEOPLE. my white boyfriend and I Came here. I ordered salad and he ordered steak. There was a big party so the lady was rude she half took the oder and he got his food but mine came 30 mins later. This place is a dump .

I have been going to the River Pub for more than 3 years and have tried almost everything on the menu and have never had anything but a quality and delicious experience. The staff is very friendly and competent especially Stephanie, the best bartender and server of any establishment in the area. Everyone there makes you feel welcome.

Called in an order, no confirmation, tried 4 times to contact someone kept telling us to leave a message. Finally used a different number and someone answered, ask about order and was put on hold. lady came back to the phone and said they don't have the order. Had to give them a credit card number whe order was put in and asked about that she said they use a 3rd parry company and will have to take it up with them. I told her that was a pitiful way of doing business she said f---k you and hung up. I give them - ---4 stars.

This place has a home town feel and the people are fantastic.!! They have an unbelievable stage that opens up out of a trailer its like something from future.. The pizza is amazing, and the beef tips are something to die for.. Don't get me started on the breadsticks..... Home made..

My step dad ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it’d be here in 20-25 minutes. After waiting an hour, called back up and was told the delivery driver wasn’t available and that he’d have to pick it up. After taking the pizza home he noticed a women’s fingernail on the pizza. He took it back up there to be told that someone at our house must’ve put it there (he was home alone). After asking for a refund or a new pizza to be made, the owner kicked him out with no explanation. Horrible service and experience from the staff and management. Will not return.
