What a wonderful bakery in downtown Crestview!! I grabbed a few to go items which were all fabulous & included a twice baked almond croissant… To die for❣️❣️❣️Parking: If there isn’t a spot on the street there is a dirt parking lot directly across right next to the old theatre and Hideaway pizza.

I stopped in during a recent visit to the city. I was craving authentic croissants and they did not disappoint! Butter, light, flakey and absolutely delicious! I will go every time I'm in town.

Loved the food and loved the ambience of the bakery. The customer service was not the best so that is why I am rating this 3 stars. I have been here twice now and both times each person at the register was not friendly, not personable, and had a bad attitude. I want to come back so badly because these are honestly some of the best flaky buttery croissants I’ve ever eaten. But the service isn’t the best so I may choose to not return :(

I really wanted to like this place. We are huge supporters of local business. The first visit was on a Saturday with my daughter. The store is very cute and cozy. For that, I give a 5. The food is beyond delicious. The croissants are so flaky and buttery it's like a bite of heaven. If I could give more than 5 stars for the food alone, I would. Now, the reason for a 3 star overall review. The first time we went in, there was an older woman and a younger man working the counter. Now, they weren't UNfriendly, but definitely zero cheeriness. I asked for a sandwich not realizing the time was 10:30am. You can't order sandwiches until 11. It was 30 minutes so she wouldn't let me order but no problem, OK I was fine with that. Just super lackluster service. I opted for the ham and cheese croissant. Again out of this world deliciousness.People have off days so my daughter and I decided to try again this morning (Friday). A young woman was working the counter. She helped my daughter first and then me. She asked is this to go or eat here? I said to go. When she handed it to me it was to eat in. I said oh I'm sorry I could have sworn I said to go. Simple mistake no problem right? But her reaction was to have a nasty look on her face, and literally without saying a word made the switch. Her attitude was awful. Had I not already paid, and tipped 25%, there would have been no tip.As we walked to our car, my daughter confirmed, Mom you DID say to go. Again I really like supporting local shops here in Crestview but when it's face to face like this, you need to be engaging with your customers so they become repeat customers and spread the word. I don't expect that always at a chain eatery, but a cute, delicious shop like this? Possibly some additional training in hospitality or customer service would be beneficial. I am a very friendly and patient person so to even write this review is a lot for me.

It's the warmest kindest place to have a good cup of coffee and the baked goods are delicious. My first time here and they were all very welcoming!

Such a cute coffee shop downtown on Main Street with lots of options. I went with the chocolate pecan croissant and it was amazing. I got one to go for my dad to try too. The young gentleman who helped us was very polite and patient. We had a seat and he brought everything out to us. I paired my pastry up with the Cafe Miel which was equally delicious. I'd absolutely come back here next time I'm in town.
