The service is declining big time. Not only the food sucks and is now extremely greasy, soggy and the fries barely even filled. The customer service is even worse.

Drive thru was super slow. I actually had to cancel my food order and only kept my tea order so we could hurry and leave. The line was way backed up at the pay window and the cashier couldnt keep up.Update: still rude service and mgr appeared to be on drugs.
Kind of upset with this visit. Ordered 2 happy meals via mobile app and was only given one happy meal. It was fixed quickly but unfortunately they didn't know what one was made and they put things on it that was not liked. Other than that, it was fixed promptly and sauces were provided.

Where is the owner or manager of this McDonald's? There is no one up front to take orders, and only 1 kiosk out of two would work. The trash left around the tables didn't surprise me, seeing the lack of attention to inside customers. The self served soda and drink area was a total mess.
