I used to love this place but I have gone a few times and have the same problem. The service is not good they don't check on you much and don't give you what you ask for, even when its slow its like the servers just sit in the back and don't care.

Delivery of riblets, onion rings, salad. Been very pleased with past deliveries, but not tonight. The ribs were unbelievably tough and the onion rings tasted of stale frying grease.

jackie was an amazing server. great service and was very friendly
The chips were nasty. The lady told us they don’t change their oil. We waited for 20-25 mins even though they weren’t that busy. We got our food and the cheesy broccoli was horrible. There employees do not care about their jobs at all. We told them that the broccoli was horrible and they said they would be getting the manager and he never came out. My first time trying Applebees. Really bad first try.
