Can I give it a MINUS one star?!? AWFUL! The food was very sub par & not at all cooked as ordered. The couple at the table next to us also had the same complaint.

Can I give it a MINUS one star?!? AWFUL! The food was very sub par & not at all cooked as ordered. The couple at the table next to us also had the same complaint. I can honestly say the biscuits were good & the home fries were good, which were cooked to order with onions & green peppers in them. That is all I can say good about the whole experience. One of our party of four had yellow goop on the INSIDE of her clear plastic water cup! YUCK! :P *shivers* The waitress tried to do well but even her service was sub par. She had to be asked twice to please bring extra napkins, and also for a coffee refill. we arrived after 10:30 PM & the place was nearly emoty,so she was not swamped with customers. The eggs ordered were emphatically described as "please need to be cooked over med. as NO runny whites, cannot stomach this,PLEASE". What was brought to the table was very nauseating looking runny egg whites. A GOOD waitress would have refused to deliver that to the customer. I ordered eggs Benedict & was told it was "made from scratch & very good!" . NASTY. The so called poached eggs were underdone & the Hollandaise sauce had been poured onto the English muffins, with the ham slices (NOT Canadian bacon) was atop that with the very runny eggs atop this. The English muffins soaked up all the soupiness from the sauce combined with the runny eggs & were quite soggy. It was just a disappointment all the way around. This was the 1st time in a year we had been able to treat ourselves to a brkfst. out & such a sad meal we had. :/ P.S. Also a bagel was ordered but he was told they "could not find the cream cheese". SERIOUSLY?!?! Oh also at one point an older lady came by & asked us how things were....she did not introduce herself. I wondered briefly if she was the cook, but then recalled the waitress had referred to the cook as "he". Figured maybe this was Becky who owned the place. Of course by the time I had thought all this she was already gone.
