We frequently have carry out from Chop Stick Express and like it but I want to know why I do not taste the chicken in the egg drop soup, and would recommend in all sea food dishes to use a lighter gravy or sauce, not a brown gravy!

After reading the many positive reviews we decided to try. Phoned ahead for a carry out order for dinner. Ordered General Tso Chicken, Roast pork egg foo young and Sweet and Sour Pork. All three of us, my husband and mother, raved about how good each dish was! Good sized portions resulted in leftovers for lunch. We'll definitely go back!
This is , without question, the best Chinese food I have had since moving to Florida 6.5+ years ago. I only recently found out that they existed, and I am *extremely* thankful to have found them. Growing up in the Northeast, in the area that compromises "The Capital Of The World", you don't realize how spoiled you are - the pizza parlors, Italian restaurants, sandwich shops & fried chicken joints - and the American Chinese-cuisine locations, are the best in the USA. Upon moving to (a ruralish area of ) Florida, I was both shocked and disappointed that it's just not the same. Chopstix Express changes everything. Amazing food - amazing variety - amazing value. Everything my family has tried is extremely - extremely- great, and plenty of it ... You will *not* go hungry here. And really, it's quite reasonably priced.... Last week, we ordered *THREE full DINNERS*, an additional "Appetizer", *3* extra Egg Rolls, and it was less than $40 ... I am not sure you could ask for more than that. Honestly, this is highly recommended. As a Food & Beverage professional, I take this topic quite seriously. This place is awesome. And finally- the woman who runs the place is as friendly, helpful, thorough, and professional as anyone could be. She is awesome!

The best Chinese food place in all of Florida! We make the 40 minute drive almost every 2wks just for this place! The food stays hot durring the trip home and they have real pork fried rice and sweet n sour chicken! Ugh it's to die for!!! The rice is actually brown not white but they do sell white rice and you get complimentary white rice with your order. I'm really happy we found a clean nice amazing Chinese restaurant in fl! Give this place a shot you won't regret it!

Terrible food!! Chicken wings were dry and hard, inedible. Shrimp fried rice had a plastic taste to it, threw it away, and the low mein had no sauce but the only good thing I can say was it had big shrimp. All together the $38.00 meal went in the trash.
