We called this restaurant at 4:30 to ask if they were dog friendly and was told yes, the patio is open to come in. We get there around 5:00 and the patio is wide open. We situate the dogs and I go inside to let them know we arrived and was told sit anywhere you would like and "I'll let the waiter know you are there" I asked for menu's and she gave me two and silverware. We sat at the table for 30 minutes or so and no one came out, so I called from my cell phone and asked if they had a patio server. The new girl said she'd check. Well no server for the patio. You can place an order and pick it up. What a joke that place is. We are so disappointed and will not waste our time or money on that restaurant. It would be nice if the employees knew what they were doing and would have mentioned it is self serve on the patio and we would have past by to begin with.

The wait was about 45 minutes which is expected on a Friday night so no issue with that. My party of 5 waited for a table. We ordered 1 appetizer and 5 meals. We asked our server for rolls twice and never received them. She did bring us a to go box with 5 in it while we waited for our check. I asked her about our salad which she replied, I brought it to you. Nope we never got our salad. Which she offered to box up while we were paying our check. When our meals were dropped off at our table there was a side missing with the ribs. She said we don’t have any baked potatoes would you like something else? Why yes we would something else then. We’ve been here several times and everytime it seems to get worse.

They were busy, but when your server tosses your tongs for your salad over the table, and never seves you the first of it, unexcepetable..the prime rib was cold, so they were gonna correct it, they microwaved it, and tried to say they reduced it in August, which they didn't. There was no aujus juice on the plate..they tried to correct it again and gave me a very rare cut. I just asked for a box, I had enough..

A bit too rustic for me, bathroom moderately clean but in disrepair. Waitress a bit of attitude. Don't like the way they do salad especially when couples with separate checks. Would prefer my own salad. Our table was by the paper tablecloth cutter and that was very annoying and loud.Good rolls, entree so so.Service was acceptable.

went for lunch yesterday. Took about 20 minutes to be seated and another 10 before the waitress arrived at the table. Waitress immediately informs us that they are short staffed. We had 3 small kids with us so ordered chips and dips to keep them occupied before food came. ( They didn't arrive until after the meal was brought out.) I ordered the 12 oz Prime Rib Medium Rare and loaded baked. Potato was cold so I sent it back. Prime rib more like medium. Another one arrived and it is also cold. I think they were leftover from the day before. They were refrigerator cold in the middle. Went to hostess and asked to speak to a manager. An unfriendly women comes out to help. Told her would like a hot baked potato. She comes out with a steaming hot potato a few minutes later. I asked her if she just put in the microwave and she says it just came out of the over. The middle of the potato was hot, the rest not at all. Daughter had ordered soup and endless salad. We only got one serving of the salad, a small plate not even full. Waitress said well there was still some in the bowl. It was the cucumbers we don't like and the tomatoes my daughter didn't like. They charged 12.99 for soup and endless salad so I complained they shouldn't be charging for the salad. It was $6.00 more than just the soup. And we only got one serving. Another manager comes to the table, not apologetic at all about the service or the cold food. She just said she is covering our bill. She also said no one else in the restaurant had complained about their potato. She also informed me she did not like having her hostess, her waitress or her staff abused. I guess if you ask a hostess to speak to a manager that is considered abuse. If you complain to waitress it is abuse. We will never go back to this Cody's. After we got home my daughter went and checked the reviews. There have been many poor reviews over the last month or so. New Management?

Ordered appetizer came out after the main course after I asked where it was. My daughter ordered the bottomless salad/ soup and was given enough for 2 salad bowls and charged 12.99 for 1 portion. As used dishes piled up they were never removed from the table and we had to move them to the next table that the busboy was clearing. My wife ordered a loaded baked potato with her prime rib and the potato came out cold. She sent it back and the second one came out cold. She took it to the manager and she sent out a third one. It was not hot to the touch outside but steaming inside. Manager argued that it was just out of the oven. Can you say microwave. The manager accused my wife of abusing her staff because she went to the hostess station and asked to see the manager.

Love the atmosphere. Baby back ribs were very good, along with the awesome salad. Didn't realize they had 2 x 1 Drinks, nice bonus!!! Service was great, staff was very friendly. We will definitely return. I highly recommend Cody's.

Server was unaware of additives such as MSG. She said it was in everything when in fact it was not. Said they didn't have onion rings when in fact they did. Don't expect stellar service.
Yummy food. My drink was delicious. Good service but she forgot my French Onion soup all together. Also they spilled cinnamon sugar butter in my loaded fries. Still enjoyed. The manager gave us $2 off but i didn't eat the sugar fries.

I went with ladies for lunch recently, and had the chicken pot pie. It was very good, as was the service.We went with some visiting family a week later, and the entire experience was horrific. Is It your second shift management? Your second shift staff?The service was abysmal, and it was a crime what the kitchen did to perfectly innocent food. It took 30 min to get our drinks. Soft drinks. We were there a full hour before our onion rings came (ordered the same time as our drinks) and the rings were burnt to a cinder. They weren't "too dark" or "slightly overcooked", they were burned up. Scorched. We could not believe that a cook let those things go out to a guest. We also couldn't believe that the server saw nothing wrong with them. No one in our group is picky. We do not send stuff back. But this was unbelievable, the rings were black. They no longer resembled any manner of food group.Our meals started arriving after 90 minutes. Our server brought them out randomly, seemingly on a whim. Half of our group were finishing up as the other half still waited on their plates. We had our bill before the very last dish was finally delivered; a kids bowl of Mac and cheese.The sever nearly hit my face while delivering plates - repeatedly.Our group was 4 adults and 2 young adults. We weren't a large noisy party of people with complicated orders!It was a truly miserable experience.
