There were many wonderful selections on the menu but I chose to get spicy spanakopita dip appetizer and a salad, my husband got the chicken parmigiana and salad?Or food came in a timely manner, with nice presentation and was very tasty. We both enjoyed our meals and service. ⚖️The price was actually great, we felt that the quality of food for the value was spot on. “We heard about this restaurant from several friends and thought I would take my wife there for her birthday. The atmosphere on the water front dinning area was just beautiful and we had a lovely and enjoyable time. Our server Kristen was just wonderful. “The steamed shrimp was bathed in a garlic-butter sauce and was outstanding in flavor! The mahi mahi fish taco was topped with mango chunks and cheese creating a nice contrasting flavor. The seating is rustic adding to a great meal experience. Overall, we all agreed that the Wild Sassa food was a great find and the dishes cooked are out of this world. “We were in town for 48 hours and discovered the freezer messing around on our kayaks. We went a total of 3 times and had steamed shrimp, muscles, clams and some fish. A few margaritas and blue moons too. Nothing disappointed. Friendly staff, fun atmosphere, parking on the water is great… just watch out for the resident alligator.“

I had the shrimp tacos and the shrimp were so fresh I’m surprised they did wiggle off the plate.Even better were the fried plantains— omg, served with a nice, slightly spicy sauce. Incredible.The atmosphere is perfect, like being in Puerto Rico, you can def lose yourself here.At another table they were exclaiming over the homemade ice cream, but I was too full. There must have been 15 or more shrimp on my tacos.Please excuse the picture of the plantains, as you can see, they disappeared. I don’t know what happened.“
“This place is hopping. The parking lot was packed and people weee out the door waiting on their table. We walked in and were seated right away, cause it is easier to seat 2 than a larger party. Food portions were generous, we had 3 egg omelettes and they have choice of sides including healthy options like slices of tomato and fruit. Staff were nice as well all working together.“
“Prices are crazy for ice cream here, but it is so good, and we usually take home half of our medium Twistee Twirls for later. The layout is simple but works for kids to be able to run around a little while they are waiting for their ice cream. Parking is pretty easy, so I recommend going up to order cause the drive-thru is usually a pretty long line.“

“Love this place!! I go on a Sunday afternoons sometimes to meet family and have a great time. Food and service are good and the atmosphere is awesome. Live Music on Sundays too. Our server Alise was amazing and such a breath of fresh air!!Parking: Depending on what time of day you go parking can sometimes be difficult but they have two over flow lots you just have to walk a little further.Kid-friendliness: They have a pirate ship play ground for the kids while you wait.“

“The staff and atmosphere were amazing. The food was good.The BEST gator bites I've had in a LONG time. Highly recommend them.The spicely burger was delicious!Could have used a pinch more seasoning on the side/appetizer options. For example the corn nuggets would have been perfect with a little seasoning inside with the corn.The tots needed a little salt when they came out of the fryer so it clings better. Adding salt after the fact kind of just bounces off.Other than that, it was a great experience. Oh and the signature drink (the Dallise) was amazing! What an excellent combination. Must try!“
“This place was like finding a little unexpected hidden gem. Food was great and affordable, clean, dogs welcome. Fish caught right off the dock and within minutes cooked right there, can’t get any fresher! The owner Jason was so nice, took time out of his busy day to educate us even sat and talk to us while we ate. AWESOME place 5 stars. ?“
