Ordered a pizza with cheesy bites and it was not fresh because when I looked at the pizza it looked like it was extremely cold and did not look delicious at all. It was supposed to be a pepperoni pizza along with cheesy bites, it wasn't . The crust at the bottom of the pizza was solid hard. Can't believe they would do me like that.

Can't go wrong with Pizza Hut. The staff here was friendly and did a good job. I waited as there was a customer in front of me. Then was served quickly by friendly staff. I got the special 3 toppings large for $10. Pizza was good.

my order for pizza hut sent me a text a 11:39 telling me it was on the way I called to complain my food isn’t here @ 12:07 when my email said it would be to be by 11:45am , Mind you I asked to speak to a manager and he claims he was the manager the dude goes and says it’s just him and one dude working ? so I said that’s acceptable to you ? I ordered at 11:07 my order was suppose to be here at 11:45 i called once and you said it was about to be here at 12:07 i call back at 12:30 and NO PIZZA still he told me to stop yelling at him and was gonna hang up and didn’t even refund me my money to my card when I asked. HORRIBLE SERVICE NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM

Horrible customer service stood there for about five minutes before someone said anything. Not to mention 3 employees passed me and just ignored my presence. Definitely taking my money somewhere else never again.

So I called the manager and he moreless said I lied as well. Call Papa Johns or something don’t waste your time ordering from these people. If they make your prefer wrong they won’t take responsibility for it. Guess I’ll call corporate.

Laurie the manager has no customer service skills. Tried to order online with a discount and the app kept giving me an error message.. called the store to place an order and she states she cannot give the discount. Makes no sense that even the manager cannot give a discount... makes no sense at all. Ordered a pizza from Dominos instead.
