Food is good , got to see the heat game while we ate which was great . The service is really slow possibly they need more servers . Nicely decorated with plenty of tvs to watch sports . I had the Buffalo ranch chicken wrap It was great . Their wings are good too . Their black Cherry mock tail was not good at all .

Upon entering Buffalo Wild Wings, we were greeted by an empty counter with no staff in sight. Despite making eye contact, the employee simply walked away. The chips and salsa we ordered tasted old and bitter. Additionally, the price of $30 for only 20 wings seemed excessive, as if they were imported from France. This experience has convinced us to never return to this establishment again.

I'm a very upset customer came into this location last night around 1:00 a.m. the staff refuse me service and the manager refused me service for no reason I was there with my girlfriend and felt so embarrassed because they would not service and gave us no reason why they didn't want to serve us I will never recommend this place to anybody Justin the manager refused service Alicia the bartender refused service Felicia and Catherine which are servers refused services well and was giving us attitude I'm going to be bringing this up to the higher-ups and I'm going to go so far up the chain these people will not be able to breathe how dare they refuse money to a dying business

Something needs to be done in this places. It’s been in decay for years now. First of all the food it’s been getting worse and worse and I feel like is the location problem (people working there,the management ) second, the customer service is the worst I have ever received, I usually let it go and comeback but this time felt different. I’m just not gonna go to a place were they treat me bad every single time and that the food is not worth it anymore. I really hope they do something to this place to improve it.
