Today I made an online order for my wife and I. Something got messed up between submitting the order and what I received. I called and Phillip the GM answered. Not only did he apologize he took the time to figure out what happened and made sure I got my missing items quickly. The pizza was hot fresh and delicious. Thank you Phillip for making a bad situation a better one and delivering a delicious pizza. Keep up the great work, Best pizza in Dade City right now.
Ordered pizza and salad no dressing. Called took 30 more mins to get dressing. Tried get a credit with no avail. Guy on phone on Saturday 29 2023. Said salad won't get cold. No credit just bad attitude. I like marcos but not this location. His customer service skills need working on.
