“If you are looking for a “home” cooked, southern, soulful meal, this is the place! Oxtails and collard greens were amazing, the mini pecan and sweet potato pies are the perfect portions… I wanted to go back for their sautéed chicken and fried catfish, but had no room…?“

“You will not be disappointed dining at Kafe Kokopelli. Lunch or dinner will be a great experience. The staff is the best and the food is as well. The place is eclectic and fun. There is a full bar with seating and a lot of funky decorations to walk around and look at. Some have interesting stories too. We are long time patrons with only good things to say.“

“I’ve been here maybe 3 times, I remember the first time I’ve been here I was surprised at how nice it was and wondered to myself how I never knew this place existed before. They have a small outside seating area, the inside has a nice lowkey closeknit atmosphere. There’s also another side of the restaurant that they open up for when it is busier, that’s on the left side on the corner of the building if you’re looking at the main entrance, I’ve been seated there too and it feels a bit more spacious mainly because of where I sat. I’ve had steak from here and I’ve had the salmon and both were cooked perfectly, the vegetables I had like the asparagus were nice I didn’t feel like I had to fight the asparagus to eat it like at some other places. I absolutely love the salmon here and I’ve been wanting to come back for it, especially for the mashed potatoes, they leave some skin in there to add a contrast to the consistency and it’s just lovely. Waitstaff is nice and friendly I’ve got no complaints there. This is a great spot if you want to have a nice date night dinner and you feel like you’ve been to a lot of nice places already, and a great surprise if you’ve been local to the area for a long period of time like myself.“

“I had a brisket dinner with slaw and baked beans it was outstanding it’s the best brisket I have found since I ate at Arthur’s in Kansas City 25 years ago. The young lady working out front was amazing taking my order very very nice is a great asset for Dade City store!“

“I had the Dragon and Phoenix chef special, and it was really good. The vegetables were flavorful, the shrimp was perfect, and I even enjoyed my egg roll. I don't usually like egg rolls. It has a small, cozy interior and the people there are nice. Good job y'all.“

“This is our local, home town place to go for a good, solid meal. Since Jackie and Linda got the place back up and running like it should be, it's better than ever. My family and I have been going here for years and many of the staff are like family. Everything always gets cooked exactly how I ask and everyone is so friendly. The cooks and the waitresses work very hard and deserve a big pat on the back. It's nice to have a place to come to where the food doesn't cost an arm and a leg but you still get a healthy portion and great home cooked taste!“

“The only pizza joint that is open late so my shopping there has very little to do with this place making a better pizza than the many others to chose from. You get what you ordered, I do take out vs delivery. In fact not impressed with any of these type of restaurants and there are many local here. Ever curious what a real pizza should taste like head to I.R.B. and visit Pajanos. Not to take anything away from this place and the multitude of others around here . They serve a purpose like employ locals that come and go using assembly line method whereas old school same family owned and operated over 40 years, not possible if the product produced was not good. Employees are friendly and the cute little plagerized welcome blurted out when you enter the store prepares you for mechanically made pizza vs. Years of perfecting. Enough said“
