Just went to the drive thru to order when I got to the window I ask the lady working there if she would tell the man that was working the drive thru to added a ice cream cone she said for us to ask him so he came to window before he finish our order I said ecucuss me can I added a ice cream cone he said am sorry I can't because I have other orders after ours it was not like it was lunch rush time. Two people working @a checkers never have I seen that I will not be coming back here bad service

Love the food here but the cashier was kinda snooty she didnt hear my order and blamed me for it.It was a big order so I understand I just dont see why play the blame game instead of just adding on what I asked for.I went recently and they didn't have a sign or anything saying they were closed even though they were supposed to be open which i guess was due to the upcoming holiday?Idk but a sign would have been nice ?

For what I spent the food should have been much better (8 piece chicken strips and fries). Also the lemonade was terrible definitely something wrong with it

They just served me a molded sandwich (2actually) and I ask for cheese fries and got some plain fries with little old chicken bites on it. The chicken wings are old as hell

Absolutely terrible. We ordered through doordash and they didn't include our fries and drink for a combo. Looking at other reviews, this doesn't seem to be the first time. Seems like they skip items and then expect doordash to pick up the tab. Super shady.We ordered two shakes and they were truly the worst shakes we've ever had. They had no flavor and big chunks of ice in them. Why is there ice in a milkshake?? They didn't include ketchup for the fries, or any utensils. Can't remember ever having such a poor fast food experience. Take your business elsewhere.

Working deliveries, this checkers repeatedly gives you incorrect items and sends you on your way with no explanation. Multiple times I have just been handed something and had to call the customer and tell them the store couldnt fulfill their order and didn't try to give an appropriate replacement so I won't get blamed.

Ordered crispy chicken tenders. They came fully raw on the inside. Called corporate they ordered to reimburse less then the cost of the tenders.

Went online to find a Checkers near me and was confused by why it had all these cranky ratings. I tried it anyway and I was right. Turns out if you just go there and act like a normal person there’s no issues. The employees were very nice and efficient. Stop giving people bad reviews because they’re understaffed, busy, or have food shortages, they can’t help that, just order your food and/or leave.
