Order was set to be ready at 6:11….. it was finally handed to me at 6:33…. Then upon getting home and opening the order I was given zero sals dressing and no sauce for other menu item as well.

We waited 5-10 minutes to be seated - no hostess. We waited another 10-15 minutes before a waiter came to our table. She took our drink order and someone else brought our drinks. We waited another 30+ minutes before the waiter came back to take our order. She had been waiting on another table - laughing and taking their pictures). She didn't write it down and her 4 kids came in right after she took our order. A waiter from another section told someone to bring us some bread. When our order arrived it was incorrect and not prepared to our specifications. They took our food back and restarted it. The time between when we first ordered and when we got our corrected order was approximately 1 hour. The food was just average. I was there with my daughter and her shrimp (when she finally got it) was dry and overcooked. Our drinks were never refilled. When we received out separate checks, mine was incorrect (when I first ordered it was still in the lunch special time-frame) and when I pointed it out, he said it was because it was extra for the cheese - which I did not order. The ticket was paid tableside via a kiosk. When my daughter's ticket on the kiosk was presented to her, it showed $92 but her bill was only $18. He had brought up the wrong ticket. Luckily she noticed it before completing the transaction because who knows how long it would have taken to correct it. We should have gone with our first instinct and just walked out. Outback will not be a restaurant that I go back to in the future.

Fantastic food.Friendly staff.Loved the steak and shrimp.Ceaser salad was really good too.
4/20/24....Aaron was our bartender who took over after the gal who could barly speak English messed up our order.... Quote.. She said oh you ordered ribs as she brought my steak that was seasoned and no butter on the baked potato...and the salad was wilted and brown.... The steak ruined my dinner... So glad that Aaron taking over .... I can honestly say not sure that we'll go back to the location in Dania point
Poor service. Sat for over 20 minutes before we were checked on. Approached manager about not getting and not even an apology or really a care that this had happened. Had to ask multiple times for refills and or general service items. Not a great location unfortunately.

The people up front need a little work of hospitality. We finally sat at the bar. Our bar tender/service was incredible. Which made the rest of the experience even better. Great drinks and wonderful steaks. Our server was just a part timer, his full time job was a history teacher. Awesome, awesome individual. He knew just the right amount of interaction with our group of 5 people.
