I have been coming to this location for awhile and always ask for and receive extra sauce. Today I was told only 2 sauce per order. I offered to pay for extra sauce and was told it's corporate policy not charge for extra sauce. This experience has ruined the brand for me. I will not be back.

This fast-food restaurant was a unique experience. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious with creamy garlic sauce. Their sweet tea was indeed sweet, and a beautiful red color steeped very well. Service was quick and friendly. I would recommend giving them a try if you have not been because my first experience was great!
I ordered food for me and coworkers and they tried not doing the 2nd order just because it looked like a duplicate order. They told the delivery driver but luckily the delivery driver was firm on me not receiving the 2nd order yet and PDQ made the order. I like PDQ but sometimes their chicken is hard to bite through. Kind of weird..

Food was good. They didn’t have any sauces to dip my tenders on. Just ketchup. Lady with dreads that looks like a manager but probably isn’t was rude. I said thank you when she hand me my food and told me they didn’t have sauce, she turned around and asked me what did I say to her rudely.
Our recent experience dining in PDQ was fantastic mainly due to the service provided by Trey. He was attentive, pleasant , courteous . He was efficient and kept the lunch line moving. . After we finished our meal , he checked on how the food was. Trey is an asset to a great establishment like PDQ, he will reach great heights in his career. !

I hate to call it fast food but it is the best "fast food" I have ever had in my entire life. Every order is made fresh, comes out hot, tastes absolutely delicious and their sauces are on point. Very reasonably priced as well.
