If you like sushi or hibachi Saito's is your destination. Plenty of seating inside and out. Inside seating has views of the koi pond and the Mount Fuji wall painting. A beautiful atmosphere with traditional Japanese and cherry blossom decor. The food is A+. Everything from the filet, scallops, chicken and shrimp hibachi special to the dragon rolls will have your mouth watering for more. We love Saito's and we've never been disappointed. Plenty of bar seating with room to enjoy your meal. The staff is always warm and gracious. Saito's is always worth the trip.

Excellent Experience only problem was that the tip was automatically added after I tipped every one with cash and they told me that they could not remove it.

We went on a Sunday. First time there. The place was surprising 85% empty. We were seated immediately at the Teppanyaki grills. Our chef arrived about 20 minutes after and began what I would describe as a no frills cooking exhibit. There’s was no typical fire demonstration, no stunts with the eggs, nothing that we came to a Hibatchi restaurant to experience. The food was completely bland. I’ve actually had much better Japanese fried rice from the frozen aisle at Trader Joe’s. I don’t know if the empty restaurant told the story. But if it’s any indication that food and effort needs to improve. I won’t be going back.

Been there 4 times the previous visit I had a party of about 15 people they definitely accommodated us. Just make sure everyone in your party is present. Or you will not be seated. Reason being is that the waiter or waitress takes the order for the chef so he can be prepared for what the guests want. The managers are very welcoming the customer service is very great. The chefs are awesome.Portion sizes are very good. The atmosphere is phenomenal the kids love looking at the koi fish pond.I’m definitely going to be a regular here. If I can edit this post later I’ll upload some photos.

Everything was great until my husband was double charged on his credit card come Monday morning. The chef was great though. The food was delicious. Being in the industry for many years myself I could see it wasn't crazy busy so there is no excuse for the server to run our card twice by accident. We were considering dessert. And after dinner drinks, but the server wasn't concerned with building the check, just rushing everyone out. Especially it was my birthday and my husband was wanting to at least order dessert. The server came back to refill drinks after we had been empty for some time. As soon as the chef was done, the server was finished too. He didn't ask if we wanted anything else before presenting the check. And on top of feeling rushed out, we got double charged. Bad business.

Went for my birthday dinner and I was very disappointed! After we told the cook to stopputting salt he proceeded to put more and then soy sauce. Needless to say our food was very salty and we couldn’t even finish it.

The food is terrible and tasteless. The soup is too salty and the ginger dressing, although fresh, is the worst one I’ve tasted. It’s definitely not worth eating here. The staff was friendly and they were quick with getting the food out.
