Here is my $20 medium bowl which should be filled to the top. Had to ask for my extra topping I paid for. No customer service. I’ll never be back!

I got a valentines bowl and unfortunately it wasn't great. The entire bowl was a strange grainy texture, and it tasted completely bitter. I saw a review about some bitter things in this bowl and I encountered the same thing. I was trying to figure out what the heck it could possibly be because it tasted so awful and it had a strange texture. I realized it probably was a TON of coconut oil that condensed in the bowl. I would recommend not to put as much coconut oil in the bowls because it clumps up a lot around the granola, and also in the açaí itself, and does not taste good. Digging around in the bowl, I found multiple coconut oil clusters in the bowl and it took up a good portion of the bowl. I had to throw it out after two bites because the açaí was either bad/freezer burn and too bitter. If the açaí was edible, I would have just taken them out, but it was a miss on basically all fronts.

Came here on a whim I was not let down.Ismael was my server and he was patient, he explained everything well. And was fun to talk to. He made the whole experience with it.Plus the Pitaya bowl was amazing. Had a mango lemonade and passion fruit smoothie that were also good. Will be back again!!
Purchased a large Valentine bowl from this place after purchasing the same bowl for months. This time there was something bitter in it, was unable to eat because of it. It was late so I froze it to bring back the next day. Anyway, I called the next day and after going back and forth, the owner and manager could only offer 50% off. I declined. To run a business like that is so disappointing. Owner was not going to lose his business by replacing it. None the less, I will not be spending my money here with greedy owner/s. Bowls are waaaay overpriced anyway.

Since I was 10 years old, I went here with my grandmother, in Puerto Rico for herd. I come to realize that it is the same company. They are super friendly here and it brings back many memories ☺️

Stopped in for first time today as I'm at a jobsite nearby. Ordered a classic Acai bowl and a classic lemonade. Both were delicious. The acai was everything you expect and I enjoyed the traditional texture. The lemonade was just right. Not too tart and not too sweet. I hate when lemonade is made to be sickly sweet. Will definitely return when I'm on this side of town.Thanks
