My waiter could have given better service. My wanton tacos were good n so was my queso cheese. I love when I have time to shoot by Applebee's it's my go to quick stop for good food drinks n dessert

Terrible service. Took a WHILE before a waitress even came to our table uponarrival. Took Over an hr for food, and 30 minutes for an. Appetizer .waitress didnt even bring us our appetizer,because she was entertaining conversation with new group of people that came in.cook brought it out.Didnt offer refills or anything,. Our dessert was brought out MELTED. AND THE BROWNIE WASNT EVEN WARMMMM. Make it make sense. Never tf again
Typically I try to give places the benefit of the doubt, I’ve been coming here for years and it used to be amazing, loved coming every time but last night was an absolute catastrophe of a night, our service was insanely bad and we waited way too long to even get our drinks(water btw) much less get a refill on them, ordering was a fiasco only for that to take another 30 or so minutes hell I’m not sure if our order was even put in until we spoke to that poor manager that seemed like he was at a loss for words and exhausted with this situation more than we were, the manager basically had to be our server for us to even get anything, all that and the food made me and my spouse sick….

What an excellent experience working with the Manager Troi at this location. Our baseball team of 43 players and coaches were stuck for a place to feed our team and Troi came to the rescue in helping our team out. Couldn't ask for any better service than what they have given us. Be back for sure next year. Thanks Troi.

Terrible experience. This location used to be great but really has gone downhill recently in my last few visits. The other night took an hour for appetisers to arrive so we ended up just paying for those and leaving. Appetisers were poor quality and cold. Staff running around flustered apologising…. Felt sorry for them …. No supervisor or anyone who seemed to be in authority to be seen. Another table walked out and the table behind us were very vocal about the delay. This is sad to see as this location used to be amazing ….. I’ll be avoiding now on my trips stateside and recommend you avoid too unless things change - lots more better eateries within a short distance
