Probably the worst Baskin Robbin’s in the United States. No labels on the flavors, no bananas, no hot fudge. Employees didn’t know how to make the sundaes we ordered (off the damn menu) and worst yet, just didn’t care. Unbelievably bad.
There were only 24 tubs in the case -- definitely not "31 flavors" -- and more than half of them weren't labeled. When I remarked on it, the employee just said "yeah." He didn't take it upon himself to identify the flavors. I asked what the flavors were, and he asked which ones. When I said that I wanted to know all of the flavors, he named fewer than half of what was there and said something about a bunch of them being reuse of other ones or something (really couldn't understand...read full review

I ordered a birthday cake for my husband at the Champions Gate location in Florida. The service was poor and they didn’t know what I was talking about when I went by to pick up the cake.
