Just like any other Dunkin, nothing extraordinary. Service was friendly and quick. The store was clean and welcoming. I had the iced machiatto and it was refreshing but I wouldn't say it was great

Never been disappointed to go to a Dunkin Donuts. Went through drive thru and been waiting in line for 15 mins. This is ridiculous. No one is in the drive thru window for 10 mins. I don’t understand how they operate here.

Please avoid this Dunkin if you can. They almost never have donuts which is a joke for Dunkin’ donuts. Almost every non coffee drink I’ve gotten from here always tastes like coffee as well so it makes me think they’re cross contaminating when it comes to the drinks. I don’t want an iced tea that tastes oddly of coffee.

This Dunkin would be at the bottom of my list if it wasn’t for the employees. There super kind and very sweet. The manager is a great person. They need more help. There only 3 to 4 people working there when it’s a busy store that needs more attention. They need to hire more help and maintain the look of the store. I come here for the people.

Worst service ever. Placing your order is difficult when the cashier doesn’t speak English and doesn’t know the menu. Takes a long time to get a simple order (2 hot coffees and 4 doughnuts). Management needs to step up their game. I’d give it zero stars for service but it won’t let me
Extremely poor customer service if you physically enter the store, their sole focus is on drive through, you will wait 5-10 min to be acknowledged, and your order will be prepared at their connivence, 15-20 minutes to grab a coffee and sandwich if you walk in.

The service here is garbage. Imagine the whole business there are two people working. Just to give them my order it took me 5 min waiting while I’m rushing to my meeting. When i asked to help me she said “I’m busy making food when I finish i will help you”

Service here is just really SLOW yes with capitals. The staff spend more time chatting then working, they chat with their peers and get the orders wrong. Then proceed to give your snarky attitude when you come back asking to fix their mistakes.

So we're staying in a resort in the area, this is the only Dunkin within walking distance. We went here a few times throughout the week, and every single time has been an issue. Every time we've come in we watch the staff stand in the back and chat with orders on their screen, which causes the wait time at this location to be horrible. 20 minutes minimum for a coffee and some hashbrowns lol. Not only that, one of the workers decided to reply with a snarky comment and tried to blame the customers for their bad service. Along with the disrespectful staff that hardly do their jobs and long wait times, they also got the food wrong. Every single time. They even consistently get it wrong a SECOND time when asked to fix it. Unironically some of the worst food service I've ever experienced lol, save yourself the time and money and go to a different location. UPDATE: Found out there was also hair in my food. Unbelievable.
