I’m not sure if I have a different interpretation of what caramel is but this is the second time I’ve come to get coffee and asked for their caramel iced coffee and for a SECOND TIME I’ve just gotten a plain coffee. Like am I missing something or is it yall not putting caramel in my drink. I don’t understand but one thing I do know is I’m not gonna go back again I’ll stick with other establishments/ doing it myself at least I know I’m getting what I paid for and not just bland overrated coffee. Not worth the hype.

We were waiting 45 min to get our coffee and gave us a broken cup and all my car got messed up! Didn’t want to gave me a refund and tried to replaced it and took 15 min more to give us the other coffee. MY CAR WAS BRAND NEW ?

First visit at a Dutch Bros and it went better than I imagined! I drove by in the morning and saw lines out of the parking lot definitely over an hour wait so I decided to come back later that night and sure enough only 3 cars in line they were open till 10pm so it worked out perfectly! I got a golden eagle that was a caramel latte and a popping honey vanilla boba which was the most interesting drink I've had in a while but I enjoyed it so much! I loved the honey boba it was so delicious with the coffee freeze! Now I want a Dutch Bros location in Tampa!!! Also the ladies working the window were incredible so sweet and when they found out it was my birthday they wrote a sweet message on my cup, I'm thankful for them :)

I passed this location twice during the day and I saw the line wrapping around the building so naturally I wanted to see what the hype was about. I went around 8pm and luckily I was able to get my coffee pretty fast the staff was so much fun they had amazing energy and music playing ! They gave us great recommendations and let us know you get your first drink for free when you download the app! It was pretty good ! I'll definitely be coming back

I will say the service was impeccable and the coffee was really good - just wish that what I ordered had a lil bit more flavor (annihilator)!
I want to acknowledge Murad and Danny for such amazing customer service, this was based upon my second visit, and Murad gave suggestions about my order and how to have it better to my liking and was really patient about me being indecisive, Danny at the drive thru window was awesome, his attitude was just above and beyond of what you see nowadays at any fast food restaurant. Keep up the amazing work!

I'm a Dutch bros girl through and through! I used to live in Colorado and became obsessed with it. I also visit Texas often and always make sure to stop by any chance I get. Being on the east coast, I was always so sad there wasn't one anywhere remotely near me so when I learned of ones opening I was ecstatic! I live in Tampa and there is one coming there which is wonderful but I frequent Orlando alllll the time so needless to say when I found out about this one, I had to get there asap. I finally remembered and had some time so checked it out and was still as pleased as I always remember being. The line was long (rightfully so) but it moved fairly quickly. The owner and operator was there and we chatted for a quick minute, very friendly. She also mentioned they're bringing one to Atlanta so was happy to hear that info too! Can't wait for lots more locations to open east coast wise. My go to is always a golden eagle so this time I got it iced with oat milk. Was delicious as always! My friend got a breve with sugar and was satisfied as well. Overall, I'd give 10 stars if I could.
