Very friendly staff and very clean restaurant. Food was hot and tasty! Food was served quickly and everything was correct. Highly recommend!Parking: Lots of parking! Shares a parking lot with Publix and other businesses but still plenty of dedicated parking!
Stopped by for lunch and ordered a Philly cheesesteak angus burger and a mushroom and Swiss burger. Mushroom and Swiss burger was ok but extremely salty.Now on to the Philly cheesesteak burger… for $8.69 I got a 1/4 cheeseburger with what could have been one slice of Philly meat if you stretched it. The sautéed peppers (this sandwich only had one red pepper and one yellow pepper slice on it btw) were also nonexistent.Both burgers were hard and like warm at best.This facility has gone way down hill over the years.Store is located at 39837 US Hwy 27 Davenport, Fl.If you’re local, don’t even bother stopping here unless you like being disappointed.I will NOT return.I guess the indicator for me should have been when I walked in and everyone on the counter scurried to the back like sprayed roaches.The reason for my stop was I was having a low blood sugar issue and needed to eat. I would have returned this order and asked for another but now that I’ve reflected on it, I probably would have had a major medical issue had I have not eaten the food and been on my way.Waiting now to see if I’ll have indigestion for the rest of the day.

Went through drive thru. Had 2 cars in front of me at window when I ordered. Waited almost 15 minutes in line. At window was there for about 5 minutes and only one there when asked to pull forward to wait for food. Saw at least 3 employees and only one family inside so did not appear busy. Got food and pulled away and order was wrong. All I ordered was a hamburger meal with an additional side order of fries.Missing order if fries and food was not very good. Will not go back

The worst place to go to eat in Davenport, I ordered the 5 tender combo and they gave me them with Burnt flavor and old oil and the old potatoes too. Bad quality and service. It was a shame to have this experience and to have spent my money.

Unfreaking believable. We ordered online for delivery since we were busy at home, and didn't want to break our progress of our momentum of our task. Our Frisco burgers meals were delivered fast, yay! GREAT!, Right? WRONG! Upon opening our food packaging, NEITHER meal had a hamburger patty in it at all! WTH?!?!?! Hubby promptly disregarded the family plans, and had to drive up there, which is what we were trying to avoid in the first place, PAYING the delivery upcharges and delivery tips. We will never order here again. This was in no way, shape or form the fault of our driver. This was 100% on Hardees personnel, and they want more than minimum wage for what?

Ordered takeout. Order was short but I didn't realize until home. The manager refused to do anything. Also food was completely cold after a 2 minute ride home. Run by teenagers. No adult supervision, so I'm not surprised the service was terrible. Never eat here.

I visited this store on 2/24 and Kim was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was polite, courteous and was great in up selling!!You very rarely see this is fast food chains but she is truly an asset and I pray that she is a valued employee!! You have a customer in me!!!
