We ordered a 2 pizzas and a cheese bread at 8:02 pm. According to the receipt it didn't leave the store for delivery until 9:08. Come 9:45 the pizza was finally delivered. Sounds like a case of terrible management because when I called a driver answered the phone and said the drivers were taking orders, making pizzas, and delivering. That's not only ridiculous for the customers, but also for the workers. Overall, the pizza came 1 hour and 43 minutes later and was good, but delivery time when we live exactly 9 minutes away is insane. The food tasted good, but we were also given the wrong sauce cups that we paid extra for.

Ask for howie special pizza, depending on the pizza it comes with pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, red onion, green peppers and mozzarella cheese. And I received the one shown in the photo.

Good pizza and great prices. We were getting Pizza Hut for our weekly pizza night, but their prices are crazy high and food quality has gone down. We tried Hungry Howies and are very happy with their food and their prices. Keep up the good work Hungry Howies 17-92 Davenport Florida..
I don't know what happened to that pizza it used to be really good and I don't recommend it anymore whatsoever! I am so friggin disappointed this cold, and it's frigging greasy disgusting!

Over 2 hours for 2 large pizzas. Wow... never again!
I don't normally have any issues with this location, but this time, they royally screwed up. I ordered online and it was "completed" through doordash, From the time the DD driver picked up the order, it should have been a max of 15 minutes to have the food delivered. I was tracking the driver with the link sent to me from DD and it showed the driver heading in the complete opposite direction from my house. I tried calling and texting the driver to get an update with no response. I eventually call HH to see if they can help in someway. The guy kept apologizing and not offering any type of recovery. He was not willing or attempting to offer anything. I get a text saying that the food was delivered, which it wasn't. So DD got hold of them to request a refund. They denied and offered a reorder. Hopefully it will be with one of their drivers and not DD. All I can say now is that they lost a loyal customer and I will not be ordering from them ever again.

Great food, patient and helpful staff, excellent customer service and affordable prices.Vegetarian options: Try the Howie’s bread stuffed with cheese, jalapeños, olives and anything you like. Their vegetarian pizzas and subs are yummy. If you like a little spice, get the Cajun seasoning on your order.Parking: This place is in a strip mall that has Publix, Burger King, a Chinese restaurant/takeaway and some other shops. Decent parking.
