The food is good. It's one of those that you would visualize when someone says, "I want really good, unpretentious, Chinese food". The quality is high as we've yet to find anything not top notch. The hot and sour soup, pork, egg rolls, etc etc etc etc have all been great. Do not get this delivered though. We've eaten here three times. Two were delivery. And they were significantly shorted both times.

Originally planned to order at the restaurant and get take out. the hostess was so pleasant and convinced me and my family to stay and dine in and we do not regret it one bit. All the workers were extremely mannerly and friendly. The service was fast and the food was excellent. The restaurant was clean and peaceful would definitely recommend!

This is almost like an upscale Chinese restaurant. The food is fresh, the staff is friendly and the service is wonderful. They also make boba drinks which are decent for pretty good.

Had a take out order and what started out as a positive to see the portion sizes, quickly turned to a negative with our first bites of anything in our order. Our order mainly consisted of Chicken dishes. The chicken seemed to be undercooked in the rice. The chicken seemed to be almost nonexistent in the orange chicken and sesame chicken. To the point where a comment was made “is there even chicken in this?” The breading was dense and chewy… This was our first time eating at Lins, we won’t be returning! If you do go, avoid chicken dishes if you want quality.
I went there for dinner with my wife this restaurant is outstanding the food is fresh delicious and the customer service to die for I highly recommend it.

Visited on 3/10/24. The entry way has 3 stools that are very high and 3 regular chairs. My 4 year old son, fell off the stool, because the other three chairs were occupied. He hit his head on the tile. No assistance from staff. Then I sat down, for dining, was served in styrofoam cups for drinks, while I watched entire restaurant get glasses. Chopsticks are offered to every table except my table. I had to ask for napkins. My food was served between huge gaps of time, therefore, I got chicken wings and lo mein over 25 mins apart. Poor service. Food was good.
I totally disagree with the high reviews. The food is ok, but the service and treatment of a customer who used to order almost every week, and who 3 out of 4 times a month did not receive a full order, and had to be asking for a credit from the previous week to be honored, was the last straw for me. I will never order from them again and even less now that they “could not find” a credit for a house fried rice from 3 weeks ago (was out of town) and since they could not find it, it had not happened”. In other words, they called me a liar today. Beware, make sure your order is complete when you pick up, cause you might find yourself in my situation. I do not recommend them at all.

We were regular clients, ordering around once every 7-10 days and several times they would "forget"to include an item ordered and then next week would give us the credit. A month ago they forgot to send us an order of house fried rice. we've been out of town and when I called today to place an order and told them about the fried rice, "they could not find the credit in their system, and could not honor it. needless to say, I will never order from them again, since calling a customer a liar by saying what I was claiming was incorrect, over a $12 dish of fried rice, shows me the type of business they are. Beware of their tactics. Food is not bad, when you actually get what you ordered, but being treated as a liar by this place is not right. I don't understand how they handled their business with a recurring client, but today was the last time they heard from me. Do not need the aggravation!!!!!

I heard good things about this place so I decided to give it a try as soon I walked in I was standing there for about 4 minutes all employees looking at me no even a .. hi ill be there a minute .. … I was about to walk out .. but I decided to give a chance even it was no busythen I saw many people leaving cause they didn’t have an available tableThe Chinese old lady was there and didn’t give me a reaction she kept standing up doing nothingI waited for a table about 15 minutes .. I was surrounded by dirty tables dirty floor .. my advice order to go ..
