I ordered online, the $19.99 special. I received a call from the store. They were out of the dough for the garlic knots and the dessert twists (not sure if the names are exactly correct). He asked if I wanted more pizza, and I asked about wings. He said good, 16 BBQ wings. When the driver delivered, he did not speak any English. All he could do was type me a message on his phone to call Door Dash customer service. I called them and they could not help me because all she could not see the change to the order. Door Dash could only suggest I call the store. I have tried 3 times and could not get to the manager. I sent an email thru the corporate website. Now 7 days after the delivery, 3 days after the email, and still no reply. I am very frustrated. I can not get any kind of reply or answers. I will not be ordering from Little Caesars again.

After a failed mobile order we attempted to call for 2 hours with no luck, went to the lobby and attempted to call again (confirmed the phone rings), watched the employees ignore the phone. I asked once I got up to order if there was a good phone number to order, employees were unsure, I asked about the number online if it was a good number, employees were unsure. Was told food would be ready in 10 minutes……. 15 minutes later I checked in on my food and employee yet again “didn’t know” couldn’t find order. Finally got food. Foods good. Service BEYOND sucked for such a high tourist area. !!!!

Absolutely awful employees. Went in at 9pm for 1 pizza, they close at 10pm. The staff was standing in the corner, shouting and cursing. They even made eye contact with me and continued to ignore my presence. I had to wait for 2 more customers to come in before they decided to even acknowledge me. The price of the pizza isn’t worth dealing with absolute garbage workers. Take your money and time elsewhere. I’ve never seen lazier people getting paid to not work.

If I could give this zero stars I would.AVOID this location at all costs.Look, I know it’s Little Caesar’s. But I’ve loved their deep dish ever since it came out.Something was so off about this pizza.First off, it didn’t even look like deep dish - it was square but they clearly didn’t press the dough in the pans like they usually do.2nd, something was extremely bitter. Not sure if their sauce went bad or the oil they used, but literally I couldn’t finish 2 slices.And 3rd: Food. Poisoning.I woke up today after trying to eat this for dinner and clear signs of food poisoning.

I ordered my favorite pizza the cheese sauce pretzel stuffed crust with pepperoni. I am very disappointed it didn't have cheese sauce it had pizza sauce and the salt on it was not the white pretzel salt it was clear table salt over all just
Multiple failures here. Hot N Ready is hit and miss ready. Never expect anything besides a classic pepperoni to be ready, even between 4-8. Pizza crusts incredibly inconsistent. Counter service slow. Just seems severely understaffed ?

If I could rate zero stars I would. Didn't get anything that I ordered. The service was absolutely horrendous took me more than an hour just to get somebody to answer the phone and then they wouldn't even fix the problem. It's absolutely ridiculous.

I know places are busy but we placed a timed order to pick up an hour later, arrived only to be told it wasn't ready and it could be another 15-30 minutes. I had already paid online and was told it couldn't be refunded.
