Location is no longer a Menchies location. And with the name, the quality went as well. The person at the cashier stand said it was the same owner, but you can feel the difference inside. All decor is off the walls and handwritten signs are now everywhere. The signs feel like they are threatening you with extra charges for asking for sample cups. (2 free samples, more than that is $2 each)There is also a printed sign saying that if you take a bite before paying you will incur a $5 up charge. Felt very hostile inside.

Management at this place is below par!!!! I paid for my ice cream. The gummie worms you could tell were old. I asked for a replacement ice cream and he said no, I asked for my money back and said no. No accountability in this place. Never go there!

You go in and grab your own bowl. You service yourself your own yogurt and add your own toppings. Only interaction with an employee is when they take 30-60 seconds to weigh your bowl and ring you up. When you go to pay, the register "asks you a question". It asks you if you want to leave a tip. Nothing wrong with that, right? However, the "No Tip" option has been blocked off with a black small piece of tape. I was livid. I was still able to select it but what bothers me is how conniving they are.

The owners are amazing and the store is very clean. The selection of flavors is great. High recommended.
Absolutely unprofessional. We waited for 5 minutes before anybody attended the front. There were no sample cups on display so we had to use the fro yo cups and the owner was upset that we did that. He talked about how he was in the back on a phone call. Then the owner asked if I was born in America and then asked my girlfriend if she was born in America as well. I felt extremely uncomfortable and he started talking about illegal migrants in America. Really felt like the man was a racist but I’m sure he’ll be on here to defend a lousy excuse on his professionalism. I absolutely do not recommend this place to not even my worst enemy. Owner is an absolute weirdo

Stopped here on our way back to Sarasota and had the best vegan soft serve! We ended up getting seconds! The manager Bobby was so nice and made us feel so welcomed! We will definitely stop back when in the area!

Great Christmas atmosphere for this time of year and very friendly staff! Came during a massive rain storm and was welcomed and assisted with each flavor. They also allow samples for the flavor you would like!

Went on a night that Evan and Bobby were working they did a great job at explaining for it being my first time would recommend.Vegetarian options: The Acai is a great start for the vegan options but it doesn't end there right now the have Dole Pineapple and fruit punch sorbet they are both amazing but out of all i recommend Dole Pineapple.Kid-friendliness: They always include the kids and try and get everyone to smile and have a good time.
