I've only been there 3 times and the first time my impression of the place was not pleasant and the girl who served was bitter and disgusting, the wait was too long, I spent almost 1 hour for my order to come out for takeaway and the food tasted 7/10 but The last two times I went I found another bitter and spoiled girl serving and the same waiting time and to top it off I asked for a service of three pieces only breasts and what I received when I got home and opened the food packaging was one breast , a thigh that looked like the wing and a wing of the same size. I understand that the wings don't have to be big, but counting that thigh the size of my thumb as a prey, I think it's not right, and what's more, it was breasts that I ordered and they only gave me one, they charged me for two breasts and one wing. Very annoyed by the long wait and well, one annoying and to top it all off the terrible food service. I've eaten much better Chinese food than this. If you are in a hurry to eat this is not the place. Ah! and to get horrible parking.

I think it is very stupid and unfair that I can't order by phone and pay in cash at the restaurant! It is not my vault that one rotten apple spoils it for the rest of tree because of other people's ignorance and I can't order food for my lunch break!Supervisor should screen people better and ask for additional information to make sure that who ever orders will pick up their order!It's a shame that I could not place my order!Very unhappy

First time ordering from here and my food went bad the next day. Gave it another shot to try it again and found multiple beard hairs in my food. After this I’m done ordering from you guys. I could only imagine how nasty the kitchen is.

If I could leave ZERO STARS I would! Check your orders BEFORE you drive away! I had a very bad experience here. I ordered food twice and ordered it with shrimps and both times they didn’t add the shrimps and then I called and the lady that answered my call said that I was lying and that she did add shrimps basically calling me a liar. Then a gentleman took the phone and asked me what I wanted that he’ll make up for it, and I told him NOTHING, I didn’t want anything at this point! HORRIBLE service, go somewhere else! I will never ordered from these place again!

Need to be more consistent with the recipe. Doesn’t always taste the same. Last time i went rice wasn’t completely cooked and tasted smoky like it was burned.Parking: Mostly full on busy days
It reminds me of that exclusive flavor of Puerto Rico! Very tasty! Very good location and very good service. Even though they were taking orders over the phone at the same time, they still managed to serve customers inside the restaurant at the same time. Thank you, I will definitely return!

Not a great experience dining here. Food was salty and we couldn't eat the tostones with garlic. The fried rice was bland. I was anticipating good food from here since a friend recommended the place; but I can make the food better on my own.
